Making Hybrid Work Easier

Komentarze: while there is space to improve advance booking and mobile experience the overall experience is really good for large, specially in Hybrid work envorionement where some people are working from home sometimes and sometimes from office

Zalety:

It is a nice app with clean and intuitive interface and makes it easy to avoid the chaos and mixup if you large teams working on a floor and have limited number of meeting rooms and integration with teams and outlook is a big plus.

Wady:

There mobile app is not that good yet, features like to book a room in advance for recurring meetings is not there , you have to book it manually everytime.

Flexible Workspace Management

Booking desks for our hybrid work setup was quick and easy, and the app helped everyone know who’s in the office each day.

Wady:

It would be great if the app showed more analytics on desk usage, but the core functionality works well.

Great desk and schedule booking app

Komentarze: Great desk booking and schedule managing app, very clear overview of staff working remote or at office. Also a great app for booking meeting rooms since it synchronizes with Outlook Calender.

Zalety:

The ease of use and overall clear UX and UI

Wady:

Some additions needed to be added by customer support in order to view our employees the presence of safety staff when booking (i.e. fire evacuators, emergency staff etc.) This set up took a bit of long time, but when done it was fully operational.

Cooles und einfaches Platzbuchungstool

Komentarze: Super - sehr tolles Tool und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Support ist auch immer sehr freundlich und schnell.

Zalety:

Man kann seinen eigenen Platz ganz einfach und schnell buchen. Wenn man einen freien Platz oder Parkplatz sucht, zeigt es direkt den nächst-besten Platz an. Das Design ist schlicht aber übersichtlich. Das Tool ist sehr selbsterklärend.

Wady:

Keine Programmierung im Hintergrund möglich für Mitarbeitende, die Teilzeit arbeiten. Ausserdem finde ich persönlich den "Speichern"-Knopf im Admin-Teil etwas schlecht platziert. So passiert es mir oft, dass ich das Speichern vergesse und wieder von Neuem beginnen muss.

Tolles Arbeitsplatz- und Raumbuchungstool

- Konfiguration der karten umständlich - Tägliche Übersicht "Wer-sitzt-Wo" fehlt auf den ersten Blick, Hier muss man etwas Suchen bis man eine geeignete Ansicht findet.

I guess is not about deskbird itself, but the fact that our particular case with the "bookable lunches" has not yet brought anyones attention...

Komentarze: From the moment we spoke to the Deskbird sales team right through to the day we went live with the software, we have been delighted with both the company and the software. Deskbird is exactly what we were looking for and works exactly as we intended, as it offers an intuitive online booking system and was simple to roll-out to the team.

Zalety:

We are currently working with limited occupancy in the office (with every other desk empty) to allow for social distancing due to Covid-19, and so it was essential for us to find a system that could let people book desks in advance online - not only to avoid overcrowding in the office, which is critical, but also so that different teams can plan to be in on the same day and sit in the same area.

Wady:

I can't think of anything? For us, the beauty is Deskbird is its simplicity and ease of use. We don't use - or want - too many additonal features. Its core functionality is perfect for us and works exactly as described - although i have no doubt that more advanced options will be added for those who want or need them.
