Monday.com has been one of the easiest project management tools I have ever used, it has great UX and UI.
Hard to prioritise jobs. Hard to get a sense of everything not done for one contact.

A great all-in-one CRM and project planning software.
Komentarze: This platform has allowed me to grow my business processes through one main "hub" platform and has made it so easy for me to onboard new members and get them acclimated to the work flow immediately.
Zalety:
The flexibility of boards to be created with different purposes such as client management, lead generation, financial analysis, project management, team management, file storage and so much more. I've really leaned to Monday to become my all-in-one hub for my business processes.
Wady:
There are definitely growing pains to creating the perfect software that fits your needs but trial and error is just part of the process. I'm planning and creating uses for Monday I never thought of 6 months ago which I've only been able to think of because of my experience gained from daily use of the software.

Would recommend to manage everything
Komentarze: We got more efficient because we can manage priorities and tasks more easily. Sections for leads helped our team see who had to contact clients. We also used it to work on social media content together.
Zalety:
Really liked the task management and the lead management. Super efficient with my team, easy to use and easy to implement. Liked the lead funnel to manage my prospection.
Wady:
The fact that time tracking is in a pricier version. I would like to see an access to clients for certain boards i want to show them.

Workflow features was the main reason why i purchased this software but it didnot move on well for the time i used the software.

I wish they could refund me the subscription that i wasted while using this software.

Very happy with Monday.com
Komentarze: This is my second company using Monday.com and the first time utilizing the CRM. The automations are great!
Zalety:
The interface is simple and easy to use while being pleasant to interact with.
Wady:
The system has crashed a few times due to technical errors and we do really rely on Monday.com so that hasn't been ideal. It is typically resolved quite quickly.
Monday is great for Real Estate CRM
Komentarze: I love it! Has kept me organized and on top of all of my work as a commercial real estate agent.

Keeps track of all my contacts and most of my interactions with clients, also great for managing projects and workflows.
Wady:
Communication integaration has been a slight issue with Outlook, there are ways to get around it though and make it work. Also have had some issue with tracking activities and losing some meeting notes which can sometimes be unreliable.
User friendly CRM and Project Management Tool
Zalety:
Monday.com has a easy intuitive set up process that has good flexibility to modify as required.
Wady:
Invoicing tracking for multiple projects connecting to a summary or dashboard has proven to be difficult to set up.

Komentarze: We are using Monday.com for our internal strategy work. We use Basecamp for project management for our clients but Monday is a better fit for internal-only work.
Zalety:
The most valuable feature of Monday.com is flexibility. It offers several features and options for managing and using the tool but you have the option to utilize them as you see fit for your specific needs.
Wady:
While the pricing is reasonable, I feel it should be priced better for additional users without having to upgrade to the next package level.

Easy to use, organize and filter data. Excellent for project and deliverable tracking but also great for just maintaining workflows.

There is a limit to how much data and/or columns and rows you can add to one monday board.
Monday Sales CRM hits all the marks
Komentarze: Customer service was solid and the product is intuitive, useful and very affordable.
Zalety:
Monday Sales CRM is customizable, so that the user can create automated workflow that is adaptable to their needs and it can grow and change as the user's company's needs change. It was also among the least expensive/best value CRMs that I looked at.
Wady:
The customizable features are a double edged sword, because while they are great, there is quite a bit of time and program knowledge that needs to be acquired in order to properly implement it.
Best one to have for a business analyst

Ease of use. Quick resolution from support team. Loads of features.
Wady:
Pricing is on the higher side. Duplicate data are a concern.

Komentarze: I am obsessed. I have told everyone in my office about it and my team is always bragging about our pipelines and management. Other teams are impressed with what we have working in Monday.com!

I am NOT a tech guru. I can do everything on my own with ease and I created many boards with impressive functionality that myself and my team use everyday. We all love it!
Wady:
The importing and organizing of information into Monday.com was easy to do, but took a lot of time to organize everything. BUT it was so worth it because everything is so organized and works very well now!
Increasing my productivity and closing more deals.
Komentarze: I like it because I can set reminders, schedule actions based on events, and send follow-up emails automatically.
Zalety:
I like it because from the first moment I started using it I was able to navigate through all the features without any problems and find what I needed quickly.
Wady:
The truth is that I find it a little uncomfortable that sometimes the page loading can be slow, especially when I have a lot of data and records.

Zalety:
Great software overall, with an intuitive UI and a great level of customization. The automated emails seemed to be a very useful feature, but I didn't get to use them fully. Customer support is really good. Unfortunately, I had to change to HubSpot because my team was used to this one and was complaining about making them change it. Had to listen to them this time.
Wady:
Nothing to dislike really. I want to give it a second chance, for another project that will come up in the next 2 months, with a new team.

Amazing OS + amazing company
Komentarze: I genuinely love it and I am excited to see how I will continue to grow and expand my boards and automations once I have a team. I also just love Monday as a company, I follow the Instagram page and it's great to see such fresh and different content/ads/campaigns. Also love how much you have done for the Ukraine crisis. The other thing is the customer service is incredible, I could not believe it when the person emailed me back with a personal Loom video to explain my issue and try to resolve it. They are amazing and don't make me feel stupid/bad about what I'm asking. They all need a raise :)
Zalety:
I love how it keeps my business organised, structured and efficient. As soon as I got on top of my Monday boards and automations/integrations, I started feeling in control and more confident at how my business was running. The thing I like most is just how it acts like my personal assistant. With certain automations set up, I don't even have to think about following up with clients, the software does it for me. I also love the dashboards that give me a quick overview and glimpse into all other boards without having to go into each of them individually.
Wady:
It would have to be the mobile and iPad apps. They don't work great, they are a bit clunky, the dashboards pages and workdocs do not load. This is quite frustrating when I'm wanting to check something and I've only got my phone on me. I have gotten used to using my laptop only or going onto safari on my iPad if I need to access it. However it would be really great if the apps themselves could work better.
A bit of patience and focus Monday.com will transform your work life!

Wanted a more efficient way to manage internal processes and the ability to refine and document best practices. Tear off the lid on the most successful contributors/managers across the organization and what they DO in order to be better as an organization.
Wanted a way to keep track of everything and focus limited human resources to maximize efficiency.

Hard to know what people were working on so had to send emails to get updates - now NO time spent reading, writing, or dealing with internal emails Know where everything stands - no redundancy Customizable CRM automation and integrations Following up leads easily and not having to get things buried in the box Onboarding clients is faster Management time saved Everyone at the company is united and on the same page
Wady:
I am not a fan of the sidebar to include minor or tasks as it feels a bit clunky. The learning curve, for me, was a bit long. Not that it's hard to use but it's that there are SO SO many things this software does to make your life easier and more efficient we are STILL uncovering new and better ways of doing things.
Monday changed my job and made life so much better
Komentarze: Overall Monday has been the best thing incorporated in my job since I have worked here for 3 years. It has made work flows so much better and saves time not keeping up with paperwork.

My favorite thing is going paperless and not having the stress about losing important information.

That I cannot revise multiple bids instead I have to redo the invoice every time, and save the file and upload it .

You could improve the tables, cant have different table headers on different groups on the same board.
Monday Rocks as a Sales CRM
Zalety:
I needed a simple way to keep track of our sales, from leads to closed or nurture. I am not a sales professional but as a small business, I had to quickly learn and implement a system to keep track of our sales process. Monday made it super simple with a template that I was able to customize for our company. Monday is a workhorse and well worth the cost if you take the time to learn it and customize it for your specific company process.
Wady:
The hardest part as a small business owner is taking the time to watch the tutorials and learn the capabilities. However, if you take the time, Monday will reward you in saving time once the setup and implementation are complete. The sales CRM function is a small but vital part of all the things that Monday does to keep my company running smoothly.
Simple and easy
Zalety:
Simplicity. It's so easy to implement using templates and adapt to specific needs.
Wady:
1) Reliability. We've had issues (not at that frequent) where Monday.com has been down for a few hours and we've lost some productivity from that. However, the productivity it's added makes it still a net gain. 2) Dashboard features aren't fully baked. Date filters for example could be a lot simpler and faster to use. We also encountered a beta feature in the sales dashboard which was a good feature, but not possible to implement in it's current state. It took some workarounds to make things work, but overall was still pretty good.

The Most Adaptable and Scalable CRM

Low code is the way of the future and I all business software will soon be following suite.
Wady:
The mobile app and overall large data performance are my least favorite items currently with the software. The mobile app is buggy and often has connection issues. Large amounts of data slow down the performance of boards and this issue is a big one for our company.
Monday CRM Streamlines Everything

We love how easy Monday CRM is to use. It keeps all our info in one place and on the same software as our project management - this eliminates delays, streamlines projects, and ensures we don't miss a single lead. We love that there is a quote/estimate feature built in and that we can keep track of our customers easily at a glance. It is also very flexible and we have customized to fit our business.
Wady:
We really wish the quote feature was more intuitive and flexible! There aren't many options for customization and the end result is usually blurry that we send to customers. We continue to use it since it is so simple but would really like to see some changes there. We are happy to chat more about what we are looking for and how the quote process could be improved in our opinion!

Increase efficiency
Komentarze: We don't drop the ball anymore. Monday keeps us on-track and carry through on all projects. The fact that we are so organized makes us close deals and impress prospects, specially in such a disorganized industry as IT.

Some feature could still be improved. However, what matters the most is there.
