Asana to prosty sposób na organizowanie i zarządzanie zespołami. Sprawdź, dlaczego Asana otrzymuje najlepsze oceny na Capterra.
Furthermore, Asana's extremely adjustable and attractive GUI makes interacting with it a lot more enjoyable. It was well worth the money.
When you set up a new account, you naturally are opted in to the email notifications, which can be really annoying and a pain to remove. My only suggestion to the Asana team would be to change that.

The organizer of your tasks
Komentarze: I usually use Asana when I need to organize events at work, as well as to keep track of each task and project. Additionally, I can monitor the progress of the project or task.
Zalety:
I have found Asana very useful for my work area since it allows me to create projects together with my team. Additionally, Asana has allowed me to assign a name to the project, break down the tasks, assign responsibilities to each team member, and set a deadline for each task.
Wady:
What I haven't liked about this tool is that it can be complex to use when you're a new member, but it's just a matter of time to learn.
Asana is my best friend at work
Komentarze: Overall had a great experience. I was hesitant at first but once i got some hands on, i saw how seamless communication can be through the tool. Not to forget how it even integrates with other software and tools to make it super attractive.
Zalety:
The ease of use and the collaboration functionality. Its cool how multiple projects can be handled simultaneously and how teams can be accountable on tasks without having to mark their status or e-mail separately.
Wady:
The part where huge projects can get a little difficult to manage particularly when privacy is used.
Asana is great but save your own stuff separately
Zalety:
I liked that it had a lot of bells and whistles to track projects.
Wady:
I hated that when you leave a company that used Asana, there is NO WAY to get all the templates and tweaks you did to your Asana workspace when you leave the company.
A fabulous software we cannot live without
Komentarze: Really excellent from start to finish, it syncs easily with our Google calendar workspaces, our time tracking softwares, it has helped our business grow, get organised and far more efficient. It's invaluable and we love it also from a personal organisation point of view now as well as professionally.
Zalety:
Clarity and ease of adding tasks, the app works super well on the go too for this, adding in particular features specific to projects, easy scheduling and assigning of tasks, view settings, the kamban boards, gantt views and goal setting and linking capabilities. It's really intuitive and we love it.
Wady:
The work flow setting up is tricky to master if you're not already good at that sort of thing and it would be great to be able to download the gantt charts and calendars to share with people not required on our Asana platform but otherwise it's really well supported, the education is excellent and we love it.
Asana Review
Komentarze: Unless you are going to use it consistently on a daily basis you will not get the full experience and benefits it has to offer your company. However, if you do, the sky's the limit for your company.
Zalety:
User friendly, easy to use, excellent ability to communicate with team and documents, and the potential to do more with it is amazing.
Wady:
The free version is very limited compared to what the paid version offers.
Asana Stands Out as an Effective Project Management Tool
Komentarze: My overall experience with Asana has been "par excellence", as the French would put it. What I like most about Asana as a project management tool is its versatility in creating tasks and projects, setting deadlines, and organizing work with subtasks. Additionally, I’m impressed by its mobile app, which allows me to monitor and manage tasks right at my fingertips. As someone who is constantly on the go, this feature is invaluable, providing real-time updates and enabling me to stay on top of my projects no matter where I am.
Zalety:
Creating tasks and projects, setting deadlines, and adding subtasks.
Wady:
There is not enough integrations with other software.
Keeps us moving foeward
Komentarze: Overall, my experience with the software has been awesome. It keeps my team on the same page and moving forward.
Zalety:
It keeps my team on track and it’s easy to customize to meet our specific needs.
Wady:
I wish there was a way to communicate with my customers through this app
A Powerful Project Management Software
Zalety:
I like the free trial version as it gives a feel of what Asana is capable of. The software makes the process of project planning, management and delivery easy. It is an amazing software for team collaboration and enhances productivity.
Wady:
With Asana, I haven't experienced any flaws. It has been awesome.

Great product but expensive if you want additional features
Zalety:
I loved the layout and ease of use (once you learn it).
Wady:
The cost to get the features I wanted. You have to purchase a minimum of 2 users but I am a solopreneur and only needed one. I really wanted to use portfolios, reports and goals but the cost just wasn’t worth it to me. I switched to another project management system that had all the features I wanted (and more) for a much lower price.

Asana is great!
Komentarze: We like Asana in our company because my team always mnie what to do.
Zalety:
Its very helpfull for checking tasks fory team
Wady:
Free version is very difficult and we have to pay for a usefull functions
Tracking my team and projects has never been easier!
Zalety:
With Asana, I'm able to easily track projects my team is working and on and where they are with completion. We live off of board view as that gives us a visual idea on what needs to be handled next and by whom. Clicking a box on the board and seeing what tasks have been completed gives me simple access to see who's accountable for things during a project and address any errors in the process. Asana has done an exceptional job also, with making things customizable so that it functions to our company standards and needs.
Wady:
The only downfall is that I wish Asana had more options to integrate time tracking as we depend on that to bill our clients. So separating billable from non-billable hours is a must for my company.
Excellent tool for project/task/list management
Komentarze: I have been using Asana for both work and personal projects (two separate accounts) for about 6 years now, and I am obsessed. I am constantly thinking of things I need to do for work or personal ideas and business ideas, and it's great for capturing them and organizing them in one place. I make it a habit to cycle through all of my projects once per week to review upcoming deadlines and update the status of projects (sometimes more often). There are some coworkers in other departments who use Asana heavily, but I have not been able to convince my group to use it for collaboration. I would love to get them away from using email, Word docs, and spreadsheets for project collaboration.
Zalety:
Everything! However, I like that it is easy to quickly add tasks and projects, especially from the mobile app. I rarely miss deadlines or forget things since I started using it. It is a great "container" for all of your project steps, thoughts, notes, ideas, etc. My life would probably fall apart without it! I use the search feature constantly as well.
Wady:
There isn't an easy way (that I know of) to see all items across multiple projects that are due on the same day or week. It's possible that I'm not using it the way the folks at Asana intended.

Fantastic project management app
Komentarze: Very pleased with Asana for project management and I now use it with any project that has milestones and multiple people involved. I tried many project management apps but Asana was the clear winner. And as it is free it is a no brainer!
Zalety:
I really like the way you can structure a project and see what has been done, and what is left to do on one screen. Many apps hide completed tasks but with Asana you see everything. Assigning tasks, due dates and commenting on tasks is very easy. I also like the different ways you an view milestones (list view, calendar view, etc).
Wady:
Customers sometimes found it a bit hard to get started. I'm not sure if this is anything to do with Asana or with clients just getting used to something new. Once I had a 5 minute phone conversation to go through it with them, they were on board and using it easily. Some clients switched over to using it exclusively.

Robust Project Management Software for Creative Agency
Komentarze: Asana has allowed our business to become so much more streamlined, and we no longer worry about dropping balls or missing deadlines. We have been able to accomplish so much more work because of our organization within Asana.
Zalety:
Asana has been integral to our business in the last few years -- the platform allows for robust content / project management. We are a small design and web development agency, and we're finally able to track our projects from first inquiry to project close. Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects. We've also been doing all this using the free version -- we briefly tried a demo of the paid tier, but we found that for our small (and somewhat change-averse) team, the free version has virtually everything we need.
Wady:
There are some elements of Asana that are surprisingly inflexible -- we'd love to have more color options to differentiate our projects and tags, rather than having to use the same 16 colors, for example. And the email notifications are not great -- they send more than is necessary, and they're not very customizable. Asana's customer support team is responsive, but all the requests we have appear to also have been in the request queue for years.

Practical way to manage my daily task and project
Komentarze: Overall, Asana is one of the most complete Project Management that i ever tried and use. Increasing our effectiveness in planning and tracking a project progress is never a issue with Asana. Deploying a complex project is possible with the help of Kanban method to help us plan the project carefully with visual aid.
Zalety:
I really like that my team and I can collaborate on project and task easily. The Gantt chart let us to planning a project effectively as we can visualized the activities that related with the project. Resource space has unlimited size that we can add to the project and view which project is dependable or assign to the resource.
Wady:
There are not much downside that i can thinking while operating this software. The feature is well build and really responsive with my need in completing my project and daily task. The only thing that i think that they should improve is the video tutorial, there are some of the feature that not covered by the video tutorial.

Asana is my ABSOLUTE GO TO for task and project management
Komentarze: I switched from Trello to Asana and I truly enjoy using Asana almost because I feel there is a gamification feeling in getting my daily wins accomplished. I literally look at Asana at least 5 times per day and almost always before I end my day to see what my plan of action will be for tomorrow.
Zalety:
The fact that I can manage my daily tasks seamlessly both on my desktop computer and on my iPhone mobile application.
Wady:
Sometimes the copy and paste function doesn't work as I would like it to to take a similar task, copy it and then modify it. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong.

I can't do without it
Komentarze:
I can both get a general overview and overview of my activities, as well as more detail and focus on the point tasks I need to solve in relation to a large task.
It allows you to break into subtasks so that you always have more control and precision.
Zalety:
Asana has been for me the simplest, fastest and most intuitive tool that allows me to keep order in the various activities of my work.
Wady:
I would love it if it included the ability to use a "flow chart" mode that would allow you to group and use the various items in a different, more logical way.

Asana Review
Komentarze: I am handling my entire business on Asana from Team Management, Task Management, Project Management, Client Onboarding, Virtual Assistant Management to Payments tracking all is done in one platform.
Zalety:
Project Management, Team Management, Task Management/Tracking, Timer, Third Party Integration, Different views for a project. Very user-friendly interface and easy to use.
Wady:
Some features like time-tracking which is available in the free veesiom of Clickup is in the paid version of Asana also there are other features im comparison to Clickup like Hiding of Projects from other team mates is in paid version of asana.
A gorgeous modern tracking system
Komentarze: Overall, experimenting with Asana has been a great option. It has a low price point and the functionality that it offers for that price is definitely a steal. If your organization is looking for a tool that gets the basics done, it’s a great choice. It’s beautiful and easy to use and that’s what it advertises. Unfortunately, for larger organizations that have more team members or complex projects, it is not robust enough to handle those kinds of needs.
Zalety:
I absolutely love how Asana looks. It is so much cleaner and more modern than a lot of its competition. I also love how it makes simple tasks very easy, which makes them more approachable to the average user. It is great for broad overview of projects and organizing timelines. It is very simple to use, and I believe that anyone can get the hang of it in under a day.
Wady:
I think that Asana is great for casual users and organizations that are small, or operate in small teams. When it is scaled up however, I find that it is lacking in certain functionalities that are present in its competition. It is not as robust and for power users it may not suits the purposes of an organization or project.

Best choice or good alternative
Komentarze: Good! Asana is not as difficult to get the hand out with. I did manage to set-up all my tasks and projects personally. Though, I haven't used it for a long time when I did tested Monday.com.
Zalety:
I can bet in all of Asana's features from Task management, Scheduling, Materials management, Gantt Charts, Collaborations and the likes. Save for time tracking which is not (yet) available. The Free Pricing however, is generous enough to collaborate with up to 10 or 15 more individuals. Other top PMS has less to nothing - or just one user allowed.
Wady:
User Interface. Asana needs to improve on there user interface to be at par with Monday.com. I've been using Monday and never looked back (except maybe if someday they will overrun Monday with features. Time Tracking. This one matters for some users, specially freelancers and online nomads alike. Just wondering why this wasn't integrated just yet. Set-up. It wasn't that easy to get started for non-techie users. So patience a virtue. Though PMS are understandably complicated, Monday take the pie in this domain.

Good things can also be free
Komentarze: Asana is one of the best alternatives that can currently be found in the project manager category when looking for a solution as a small or medium-sized business. It has everything you need, a large number of integrations, an excellent free tier, and paid plans that are within the reach of any small business. The user interface is simple and intuitive, so anyone, whether or not they have experience with this type of application, will feel comfortable navigating the options available to them.
Zalety:
Asana is a project management application that manages to delight its users with a free tier that shows all the features that any small business could need. Of course, after enjoying its simple and intuitive user interface and finding Asana an excellent tool for managing tasks and projects, both alone and in a team, the next step is the payment layer, where Asana also helps us, presenting low-cost options that do not suffocate small businesses.
Wady:
One of the problems, not only with Asana but with almost all project managers, is that many of the main options are diluted among the sea of possibilities they offer. For users who are new to using this type of application, this can cause stress and end up making their work less efficient. Of course, this is not just an issue for Asana; it is for almost all applications in this category; they want to do everything because the projects are usually complex, and the user who use them are very diverse.
Rozważane rozwiązania alternatywne:
Asana is the best software I have ever used in Project/work management field .
Komentarze: After years of using Asana, I can say that my experience with this software is generally positive, Simply it is an effective tool for managing tasks and projects.
Zalety:
1- Its user-friendly interface. 2- The ability to track project progress.
Wady:
1-The high pricing/cost of full version. 2- Its lack of functions for recurrent tasks.
An Organizational, Team Coordination and Tracking Tool
Komentarze: In a large team who are decentralized (different departments handling different tasks within the same project), the tool works well to coordinate each team and meet deadlines. It also minimizes the hassle of follow up for team leads.
Zalety:
Key pros that elevate my overall experience in regards to the software are: 1. User interface and design - The design aspects are very colorful and interactive, making it easy to navigate from one part of the application to another 2. The timeline feature and ability to monitor other team members' progress on common or interrelated tasks enables the overall team to be efficient and helps with easy follow up 3. The ability to create tasks, project templates, color coded calendars and visual project plans not only adds to the user experience (UX) but also to enhance efficiency as one progresses through the project timelines and goals 4. The software is efficient in updating what's in progress, complete, new requests, all of which assist the user to manage their goals for a project. Priority levels also increase efficiency because a user can also give more attention to high priority tasks. 5. On the technical side, it has an open API and integrates well with other software applications such as dropbox and GitHub 6. Asana recently added gantt chart functionality called timelines which helps with project dependencies
Wady:
1. It takes some time to learn how to use each feature of the product as there are so many features. It requires someone who already has some knowledge to be able to guide other team members. They are easy to use once you do work on them, but some users struggle with more specific features such as dashboards, communication tools. 2. It does not have an in-built instant messaging/chat feature to chat instantly with team mates although they have options to integrate with other softwares for the same functionality. 3. There are too many details that need to be added by users, taking away slightly from the overall experience
A review of Asana by a Creative Director of a Marketing Agency
Komentarze: A very useful - maybe even invaluable - tool for busy workplaces. Decent looking UI and colour scheme, clear lists but not so clear Project Views - not very good for visual people. Annoying notifications - but maybe I should just try and reduce the number of concurrent tasks!
Zalety:
There is something very satisfying about having a digital to do list, saved in the cloud, updated automatically and reminding you of key dates, comments and edits. There is something even more satisfying about being able to finally click a little tick button and have an animated unicorn fly across the screen as a reward. It is very useful to be able to keep ALL correspondence relating to a particular task or project in the same thread. This includes text messages, copy, images, PDFs, etc. - all easily downloadable. It's fairly intuitive - looming deadlines are highlighted in red, you can order tasks how you'd like them, you can tag people using the @ symbol like in Gmail and on social media. So, when you are in Asana, all is fine - you can see all your tasks as a list, a project as a whole or separated into Elements. You can even see your team-mate's projects too. Oh, also, adding sub tasks to tasks and sub tasks is very useful. It's not a nice feeling knowing that you can't tick something off your list until it's sub tasks sub tasks have been done, but that's not Asana's fault! It's nice that it emails you to notify you of key events, but this does have a downside. It's good that it ties in with Time Tracking software too.
Wady:
So, we have to talk about emails. I, as I'm sure many others do too, have a huge number of tasks assigned to me on Asana. Many of these involve other people - clients, team members, project managers, etc. They all have different deadlines and start dates. Every single action involving you, by default, generates an email. Even after turning many of these notifications off, the Updates folder in my inbox is still so full or notifications, it's very common to miss more important ones. Also, the very fact that there is an Inbox IN Asana itself, means that you are notified of everything twice. This aspect doesn't quite feel right or logical. It also quite frequently logs me out, forcing me to log back in again.
Efficient Task Management: A Review of Asana
Komentarze: Many users of the platform, both individuals and teams, express satisfaction with it overall. Customers value the intuitive design, user-friendly interface, and customised processes because they help them stay organised and handle duties well. The ability to assign tasks and comment on projects, as well as other collaborative capabilities, are highly regarded. Asana has been praised by users for helping them stay on top of deadlines, monitor project progress, and communicate with teammates. The majority of users have a favourable opinion of Asana, despite a few users reporting minor technical flaws such a lack of customization choices for reports or sporadic glitches.
Zalety:
Asana's features include a user-friendly interface, adaptable workflows, teamwork tools, and tool integration. People laud Asana's ability to keep them organised, prioritise activities, and monitor project progress. The mobile app for Asana is also praised by many users for being convenient and simple to use. In general, Asana is a well-liked option for people and teams searching for a flexible and successful task management application.
Wady:
Asana's drawbacks include its few options for report customization and absence of a timer or time-tracking function. In addition, some customers think Asana's pricing is a bit high, especially for bigger teams or businesses. Others have spoken about the software occasionally having faults or difficulties. It's important to keep in mind that these problems may differ based on user preferences and use scenarios and are not always encountered. Despite a few small flaws, Asana is still a well-liked and respected task management programme among its users.
