Informacje o produkcie: Miro
Jedna z najpopularniejszych platform do współpracy online, na której zespoły osiągają swoje cele.
In addition, I like the integration with Microsoft Teams as an additional way to collaborate.
Sometimes I get lost with the layers or locking content. I feel that this feature could be set differently.

Genuine review after using Miro for an year
Komentarze: My overall experience is just great. It's been more than a year now and it has been great for project management so far for me.
This is a great tool to manage a project as it provides a lot of features and a large set of participants can collaborate together on this. It is a web-based tool so it doesn't require any application download or installation on the device. It is very user-friendly and easy to use. Project progress tracking, planning, and scheduling are very easy. We can create kanban, checklist, swimlanes, and progress indicators as well which eventually helps us manage the project very easily. Task assignments and progress are also very easy on this tool.
This tool is really awesome and has a lot of pros but a feature that I like the least would be the lack of offline mode. There should be an offline mode that we can use when we don't have internet connectivity.
Miro Collaboration helps our team build product roadmaps
Komentarze: Our team is able to create better user flows and roadmaps as a result of the collaborative features made available by Miro. Facilitates communication between product concept and actual use. It's easy to get started with Miro because it comes with a pre-made template.
This program has a high degree of natural user interface design. It has not been necessary for me to make use of any native tutorials (which are, of course, fantastic) in order to create excellent diagrams. Facilitates the visualization of technological processes with the purpose of pinpointing areas of difficulty, complexity, and risk.
The only drawback is that it takes an extra click every time I want to write the name on a whiteboard. A pop-up window appears whenever I try to give a board a name.
Growth, VC funding & re-branding cause my love affair with Miro (Realtimeboard) to end
Komentarze: I had an initial love affair with Realtimeboard and had a subscription since 2016/17. Growth and then VC funding last year together with the re-branding debacle are forcing me to re-think that love. It's been unrequited for the last while. :-( NPS scores
Easy to use, excellent real-time capabilities
Poor customer support & dishonesty. The change to Miro saw them stiff paid Premium users of Realtimeboard and not honour the remainder of their subscriptions Slow pace of feature development No offline capabilities
Miro is the dream product for remote teams!
Komentarze: I love Miro, it’s helped me organize my own thoughts and ideas, and collaborate with people in any location and at any time (or asynchronously). It’s just Ana amazing repository, and a really flexible tool that provides all sorts of solutions.
Miro is the digital whiteboard I spent 20 years to see, and it’s almost as awesome as I always hoped. Being able to quickly and easily collect all sorts of materials, designs, references, links, diagrams, etc, and have a permanent, shareable repository is HUGE for teams.
I understand pricing st a basic level, where it’s basically just myself and a few reviewers, but I don’t understand how to scale it where large numbers of people are creating within it, and it seems like that would get expensive quickly.
Miro is a powerful collaborative tool
Komentarze: Being able to work in tandem with my team in real time is one of Miro's greatest strengths. As a result of being able to share my board with my team, we have been able to collaborate on ideas in real time, which has been invaluable to the success of our projects.
I've used Miro extensively, and I can attest that it's a fantastic resource for facilitating communication among groups and coordinating the development of cohesive plans. Even those who aren't particularly tech-savvy will have no trouble navigating the UI. Moreover, Miro includes a wide selection of templates and drawing tools, which I've found useful for rapidly and easily producing visualizations like diagrams, mind maps, and more.
However, I have discovered that when I have numerous people using my dashboard at once, it might become a little sluggish. But I've learned to adapt, so it hasn't been too much of a problem for me.
Make your Business ideas come to life with power of visualization to thinks big
What I like the most about this beautiful tool is that it is very simple to use, especially for those who are not tech-savvy. This shortens the training time and ensures that every team members are able to begin utilizing the product quickly and efficiently.
I've been using Miro for a year for brainstorming & help my team to understand any business strategy and it's been great. It's easy to use and has all the features I need. My only issue is that it takes a bit longer to load when visualization contains images.
Our team likes Miro for collaborative tasks
Komentarze: Overall we have and still use miro but use it for the sole purpose described above
Highly visual. For a team of mixed skills, we needed to find something we could all follow long and add to.
I feel there are limited features except for the core offering and is there are offerings, we don’t know what they are and it’s not super exploit
Collaboration with Miro is effective and visual
Komentarze: Miro is an exceptional collaboration and whiteboarding platform that offers a range of features and functionalities to help teams work more efficiently and effectively. Its easy interface, extensive collaboration tools, and seamless integrations make it a powerful tool for remote teams, designers, and creatives.
One of its primary advantages is its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to navigate, even for first-time users. Additionally, Miro offers an extensive range of collaboration features, including real-time collaboration, commenting, voting, and video conferencing, enabling teams to work together seamlessly. Another advantage is Miro's customization options, which include pre-built templates, drag-and-drop functionality, and a library of icons and images, allowing users to create unique and visually stunning boards. Lastly, Miro integrates with a wide range of third-party apps, including Slack, Google Drive, and Trello, making it easy to incorporate into existing workflows.
There are some potential drawbacks to consider. First thing is that Miro's pricing can be costly for some users, especially those who need access to its more advanced features and functionalities. Secondly, while Miro is intuitive, it can still take some time to learn and master its many features and functionalities, which may be a challenge for some users and could take some time to learn all the features. Additionally, Miro's payment options are limited, as it only accepts credit cards as a payment method.
Best Online Whiteboard Tool
Komentarze: Excellent whiteboard cloud application which is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, making it ideal for remote teams and distributed workforces. It is a digital canvas that can be customized with a wide range of templates, widgets, and integrations, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including brainstorming, project management, design, and user experience testing.
Miro board allows and helps us and other teams to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance communication and collaboration. The platform is highly versatile and can be used for both individual and team projects, with a range of collaboration features. We use it on a weekly basis for task allocation, and for other major use cases like quarterly planning, for creating flow charts, diagrams, ERD's etc. It is highly customizable, with a wide range of templates, widgets, and integrations available. We also use it along with Jira, Slack, etc making it easy to integrate with existing workflows.
Not that I can think of at the moment. Currently I did not come across any flaws or issues.
It all started with a "why not"
Komentarze: We started to use Miro in our team after someone proposed it, and now it has become a must for all meetings. I can not believe we became so attached to it, but it's true.
I love the range of options Miro provides to create whiteboards. Also, the feature that allows to follow the view of another user is as simple as brilliant. But what I really like the most about Miro is the user experience of the plaform.
I could not think about anything that I disliked, but I would like it if they made some sort of private browsing mode, so nobody can see your cursor.
Quick collaboration with real update-as-you-type across the board, perfect for collecting thoughts
Komentarze: We've been using Miro for months now for team retrospectives, collecting notes on past releases, gathering ideas for improvements etc. So far, we haven't had any experiences where we were left with feeling that something was lacking. The whole team is very satisfied with this product.
It's great when your team is out of reach and you need to gather some ideas. It works even better than the physical presence of people, because it forces them to put it in a note - you can organize notes, transform them etc. Also, you can even see where everybody's mouse cursor is, which, even though isn't required, gives you a nice feeling of collaboration (imagine 10 cursors flying around, doing stuff... it just feels powerful and stimulating). Of course, you can turn it off if you'd like to. The collaboration board is 'near-infinite', offers many types of objects (stickies being most popular, but also tasks, lanes, images etc). There's meeting agenda, todo list, and other stuff you might need from an online meeting tool. Paid version also gives you an option to use active elements, like voting, countdown timer etc. Very cool.
The history of changes isn't that easy to track - who did what and when, who's put this element? when? what was added by John? etc. What this tool doesn't offer is an actual meeting (call/video) - for that, you'd have to use other means to connect.
Our tool of choice for visual collaboration - a must have in education and training
Komentarze: Miro is awesome. We have been using it to demonstrate different concepts in online workshops to co-workers and also to share knowledge with our K-12 students. The level of interaction and engagement is the cornerstone of a product that enables you and your team to work cohesively and share ideas in a visual manner.
Here we are in love with Miro: It is easy to use, has a wide arrange of tools to convey ideas and has plenty of templates for specific purposes. Being platform agnostic warrants a great experience across devices and operating systems. The tools to collaborate make it an indispensable app for teachers and trainers. We are quite pleased with the fact that the Support team (Miro Academy) is always organizing training events to cover the basics and also advanced tools. The Miroverse community is also very helpful and we all get to share templates and tools with the rest of the users.
Not a con, but something that may annoy some people is that the text tool is a bit limited. From the selection of typefaces to the inability to format specific parts of the text, the tool feels lacking. Another factor to consider (not a con, per see) is that Miro is better used when you have an idea of what is it that you want from it and you organize your content accordingly. The fact that this has an infinite canvas lends to chaos if you do not plan ahead.
I love how simple it is to onboard my co-workers
Komentarze: From brainstorming to final delivery, Miro has been a great resource for me. The user-friendly design makes this program a breeze to operate. Also, Miro includes a ready-to-use template. Try out as many templates as you can find that are appropriate for your project. It was a breeze to work from home using this app. Integrates well with Jira's templates.
It's extremely visually appealing! I mostly utilize it to communicate work processes to newly hired employees. It's a terrific approach to show off our tracks and systems without having to go into great depth about how and why they work. Finally, I'll be able to provide an excellent summary that our team may go to for future reference.
It's more difficult to keep track of and prevent people from making modifications in the incorrect places while working with large teams. It's a little clumsy, and there are a few things that might need more explanation, but once you get the idea of it, it's not too tough.
Excellent experience in collaborative work
Komentarze: For the most part, we've used it as a brainstorming tool since we first started using it. It allows me and my colleagues to reorganize our thoughts in novel ways. Even though we're all working at our desks, it feels like we're using post-it notes on a whiteboard.
It was a great experience, and I've used him for both teaching and scheduling since I met him. Intuition and teamwork are at the heart of Miro's design. You may use it on any device without having to download any additional software or plugins. A fast learner who can quickly engage a diverse group of individuals.
The only drawback I can think of is that uploading material such as videos might take a while. In addition, the cost per license for a small business is considerable, although the free basic version is fairly comprehensive.

Miro changed the way I do University and Work
Komentarze: Since I use Miro, Teamwork is too easy to manage. It changed the way we share documents, images, sketches and ideas. It is like a real White board where you can embed almost anything and collaboration in real time is such a great feature.
As an architect I love to have an organized and free Workspace. Miro is that amazing virtual workspace. I like a lot tools like Pen, Frame, Shape, Mind Maps, Kanban, Tables, etc. These tools do their job and are extremely easy to use and undestand. Presentation mode is a pppfff , it´s amazing , I love it, It´s so versatile. Video chat is a great tool, is very important for teamwork. In general, the App is very complete and has a big potential.
Well, as creative guys, we need many tools to express our ideas. I´d like to see tools like 3D on Miro. Tools related to Interior design, industrial design, architecture. I mean, tools that allow us to create what we´re thinking , what we see on our imagination. Because the creative process is what makes the difference. It comes to mind tools like 3D , complex shapes, to embed VR and AR docs, maps, idk... maybe not a tool but other Apps conected.
Th golden standard in whiteboarding
Komentarze: Generally the use and feel of Miro is great. We used it for planning, layouting, inspirations and moodboards. This is working absolutely great. ven exporting a backup from Miro feels as it is intended - no hassle. Just download the file. Same goes for exportin to PDF etc. Works. And that is the biggest added value.
The ease of starting using Miro is amazing. Just register and start whiteboarding. After a while if you need any functionality you can think of you start to dig through the menues in the app and just like that - you find what you need. Be it a canban or a timer or building blocks for flowcharting.
It is definitely on the pricier end when it comes to collaborative editing. Of course there is a free and a "consultant" plan, but even after signing up for that one sharing boards and stating editing feels a bit rough. So you might pay for users and taht gets expencive.
Now I Can't Live Without It
Komentarze: The flexibility of this product is astounding. I can use it for almost every element of my daily workflow as a self-employed business consultant. I use boards to keep track of what tasks are on my plate today as well as which ones are on deck. It's cut my time putting new presentations together by half, since I can brainstorm what I want to include and organize it quickly which cuts down on the time I actually spend putting slides together. Plus, it makes workshops a snap since I can illustrate changes in real time or even invite attendees to collaborate live. I use it for marketing too - brainstorming our marketing story and persona and moving seamlessly into wireframes. I originally used it with one of my clients, but am now a subscriber myself who recommends it to everyone I know.
My favorite thing about Miro is it's flexibility. I have a hard time thinking of a business problem I want to work on where Miro isn't helpful - which is great a solo business owner. From task tracking, the brainstorming content creation, marketing, and monitoring strategic improvement (with approaches like traction) Miro is up for just about any challenge.
I'd love to see the ability to do more customized branding, to integrate our favorite fonts and use a wider palate of colors.
Excellent collaboration tool for brainstorming sessions or workshops.
Komentarze: Its a great tool for stakeholder interviews and online collaboration.
Me and my team has extensively used Miro as a preferred collaboration tool to brainstorm on product feature ideas, taking focus group interviews or conducting workshops. If you need multiple stakeholders or team members to work on a whiteboard/canvas simultaneously (in parallel), this is your go-to tool. The best part is that Miro provides you a bird's eye view of everything you have done in a workshop.
One big challenge is that there is no offline functionality. Also, Miro provides a lot of pre-defined templates but if would like to customize those templates as per your needs, it can be really tricky to do so.
Coolaborate ideas on digital whiteboard
Komentarze: Miro has aiding us when we have a online meeting and discussion session. We have a better understanding and more easy to present our idea to our team using visual sketch and we have achieve more using this software.
Miro is very easy to access and collaborating on whiteboard with my colleague is so simple as it get. We have a online brainstorming session on the whiteboard, and everyone can pitch on idea and start adding draw it into the board in real-time.
It will take some times to get expert and familiar with all the feature and shortcut in this software. The board is saved on the platform, with minimum software are compatible to be exported to. The only option to save the board and export it to other software is by saving it to PDF.
Simply the best whiteboard software available
Komentarze: It's an easy to use collaborative whiteboard software. It's great for creating mindmaps, jotting down ideas or even planning. We always try to use Miro asap in any meeting rather than discussing theoretical - visualising it makes sure everyone in the team is on the same page and Miro makes it so easy to do that.
The templates are incredibly helpful. There is just so much variety and all expertly done. Saves you so much time having to think about what kind of diagram is best for the ideas you're discussing with the team. In our team now, we've started to choose Miro over a physical whiteboard. Miro is also incredibly dynamic - you can do everything from mindmaps to wireframes. It's great to have everything in one single place. Miro also makes sharing really easy; from team members, guests to public. It is very easy to set different permission levels and also revoke them when required. Makes sure any sensitive information isn't available for too long.
Nothing majorly. I've had a couple of hick-ups previously and the Miro team took a while to respond - there doesn't seem to be a live customer service so that would be good to have. But they're always adding new features and improving the platform. Not had any issues now for a long time.
Best tool for 100% remote teams for collaboration
Komentarze: We're working 100% remote in several locations. We were using Miro even before the pandemic but due to the switch to the remote working, it became a must for our tech-stack. I like the versatility and smooth user experience on this software. It replaced our physical boards, and we can do even more with this tool online, nobody misses the physical boards. When we have our meetings, Miro is always open, we also do our project discussions on Miro. We forgot about presentations since we can share our Miro project instead of wasting time on creating slides. As a manager and content producer, I use it as an individual as well. It triggers my creativity and I am very glad to have this tool in my daily workflow.
As a collaboration tool, Miro has everything. It has integration with almost everything out there, and for us, it makes a huge difference. We use it for presentation purposes, task tracking, visualization of our projects, and team communication tool. Miro is extremely easy to use. I didn't have any issues to share with the newcomers in the team, everybody loves it.
Earlier this year, I noticed some issues with the screen sharing but recently, it seems to be fixed. The pricing for additional team member is slightly high, it would be great to make it a little useful. However, if you compare with the other tools out there, still the price is sitting in the middle for me. I never really had to contact the Support so I can't comment on this.
Through its collaborative features, all members can stay on the same page to reach ideal solutions
Komentarze: For example, Miro allowed us to collaborate by making sure that all of our team members were involved, as well as getting their approval for the plans. This kept things very structured and streamlined a lot of the previously unnecessary procedures and meetings.
Miro has provided us with a platform for teamwork and communication that keeps everyone on the same page. For brainstorming solutions to problems and conducting effective interactive sessions, the Miro Whiteboard is a fantastic tool. It's great to be able to collect team members' thoughts and opinions on a certain issue using emojis, shapes, and colors, and then share that information with others. My favorite thing about his work is that it can be shared in a variety of ways because of his ability to stimulate team cooperation and encourage the sharing of ideas, information, plans, and stunning visuals for reporting. I enjoy Miro's user-friendly design, which everyone can immediately adjust to, and the abundance of ready-made templates that make it easy to create a suitable model for the subject at hand.
Miro is easy to use, straightforward and produces high-quality results. Miro has nothing to dislike except for the inefficiency of the mobile phone system.
Best apps for discussing idea together
It is easy to get messed up and losing focus when people discussing idea together, especially when we discuss it online. Miro has space for digital whiteboard, that anyone on the discussion session can use it to draw and express their ideas better with the help on the whiteboard. The visual element help me to explain my idea clearly.
It would be better if Miro is offered its stand alone software for the desktop version. For now, Miro can only be used by accessing it from the web browser. I am using Chrome web browser, and it consuming the computer resource too much and making all the other software that i open goes slow as well.
Solid, approachable, and frequently updated.
Komentarze: It's always great to have a tool that can be used on every day of a project. It comes in handy in the initial "ideation" stages and can be relied upon though to the planning/sequencing of releases.
Miro is a fantastic tool that enables collaboration when working remotely. I've used it for mapping, presentations, retros, brainstorming etc. The limit is essentially your own imagination. It's approachable, yet deceptively complex - like all good tools.
It's difficult to find cons with Miro. Initially the navigation was clunky - but that was fixed in a recent update with the "right click to move" functionality. It can occasionally drain my laptop's resources or run slowly. However I suspect that may be due to the size and complexity of the boards that we force upon it.
Komentarze: My experience Miro has been quite satisfying. It's a very powerful tool for collaboration for creative people and for people with a lot of ideas and large teams. It's very easy to keep our files and ideas all organized into one place.
What I liked the most about this software is how easy it is to learn. I'm able to collaborate with people that have never used Miro before and people that have a lot of ideas.
What I like the least about this software is how much lag it has when a lot of people are using it and trying to import files at the same time.
