Komentarze: The WORST EVER! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Zalety:

We had used Smartsupp since 2016 and thought we would try out their pro package. We tried it for two weeks and they charged us €580 euros changed back to the standard plan and basically charged us €200 euros for 14 days trial of their pro plan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CON MERCHANTS

Zalety:

It is very easy to implement, deploy and invite agents. UI is very transparent and clear, response time is very nice to have.

Wady:

There nothing as such deeply dislike I do have, but in terms some features is missing Like, Topics, Automation and Group these are to be there to fully utilize that

Smartsupp is great

Komentarze: I have a nice experience with smartsupp, i even reported a bug on app and i never think that the support would answer to me and solve the issue, but it did. About app is so easy to use, and I can bring support to my clients at any time

Easy, fast, reliable

Komentarze: It is so quick and easy to work with the product, you don't put much effort and forget it was a job to do.

Zalety:

The free and payed features allow the user to choose the features most important to him/her, to work fast and with ease, to find easily videos, tips and help for the product. The customers also find it easy and usefull to fill out the forms and chat with the staff.

Wady:

I haven't encountered any cons yet or had any difficulties.

However, I would like to ask you about the possibilities and future integration in this program ????. That is why I will ask the question as in the title of the opinion. Is it possible for Smartsupp live chat to have additional calling options, e.g. callpage.io, we also have it in use, and pop-up messages, now marketing number 1, it works well with us. That is why we would like to have such a platform so that everything is in one place so as not to litter the website and not slow down the operation on the web. ??

I like statistics, customer search image, it gives us the opportunity to improve our ads and in particular the information that the customer needs about a given production so that he can read in detail and know what he is buying.

Komentarze: I found this app through my friend, I have to say it exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the program. I will be happy to recommend it to friends who have small businesses.

Zalety:

the most of what I l ike in smartsupp is that chat is divided into 4 parts: all, primary, new and mine. We can easily see when new messages arrive. I also like that we have shortcuts that the whole group uses very effectively. The chat is very easy to use , It is a very useful program for our business and simplifies many things for us. Im very thankful.

Wady:

What I would like to see improved is that, unanswered messages that is skipped for some reason, should be highlighted in red or black color. it would be so nice to prevent missing chats for sales managers. also what I would like to see improves is mobile version smartsupp. Specifically, I would like to see "mine" messages in seperate and not in all messages.

Since then, I regularly recommend smartsupp's live chat to my clients for their e-shops. I always get nothing but good feedback on this service.

My Favorite Live Chat Feature!

Komentarze: We use Smartsupp in my organization to chat internally with our Team Members in the field. We have an internal website that they can log into that serves as a performance aid and if they can't find what they're looking for or if they have any questions, they can chat with us live. They love it and we love it. It was extremely easy to install on our site and configure with our branding. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a live chat feature for their business or organization, whether you use it with your Team Members or your customers.

Zalety:

Free version is an INCREDIBLE value. You can see when people are on your site instantly, and what page they are on. You can even block IP addresses if needed. The chat feature is also fantastic with the option to receive transcripts via email when you're offline.

Wady:

Honestly, not a thing. It's one of those solutions that just blows away your expectations.
