Komentarze: It is a online a platform where can upload the invoices it will go to the respective defined approver for approval, once it is approved, the invoice are good to go for payment. Before using Procurement express, We had to actually manage the hard copies of the invoices and maintain the excel file for records, ProcurementExpress helped a lot to store invoices at one platform and hence managing invoices becomes easy.

Zalety:

Easy to upload invoice, supports almost types of files, can download CSV file to analyse quickly, Stored data at one platform, can be accessible from anywhere, Good customer support.

Wady:

It doesn't give option to put tax amount manually.

Procurement Express is excellent , it can be built to your needs which is a bonus and the extras that is added really helps like the scanning of documents for saving time when processing PO'S and adding Invoices , I purchased PE for my company who never had a Purchasing tool ,all staff love it and it is so easy to use .Excellent Customer Service which is truly second to none . Integrate with your Invoicing system this will save time in your accounts department too.

Komentarze: This program is fairly easy and straight forward to use. The only real issue we have with this is the inability to write Change Orders to an existing PO. Having to write another PO to our vendor can sometimes be very confusing to their billing departments and gets our commitments scrambled at times.

Komentarze: From the first phone call they have been wonderful. They answered and worked with our office to meet our needs for a new PO system that would work with Quickbooks. The training and support offered by the company has been great. They make sure that we are able to use and understand the system. Offering a group training as well as individual training. Our support team has walked us through all of the issues we had and made sure that we understand how to operate with competency.

Zalety:

Procurement is super user friendly, intuitive. Works well with Quickbooks. The team is fantastic, competent. Willing to assist and work through any questions or concerns.

Wady:

I currently do not have any, so far it seems to work well for our needs.

Easy to use system

Komentarze: It's a good system. I prefer it to systems that I've used in the past from more well known providers.

Zalety:

It's easy to navigate. Raising purchase orders and submitting them for approval is simple. The scan feature allowing you to scan a quote to generate a purchase order is excellent, and saves time but needs some refinement.

I love the chat function and how employees are available and extremely knowledgeable about fixing my problem.

It did take some time to learn how the program operates but as with anything it takes time to learn something new.

The software is easy to use and amend where needed.Predominantly use it to create P.O.'s and it works a treat.With the add-on to my browser, it makes large orders very easy to do.

Easy to use and streamlines purchases

Komentarze: Being able to tag other teachers in my department has help us communicate our use of the shared budget.

Zalety:

I like that it allows me to quickly order material for my classrooms. The vendor dropdown menus and option for pasting in links to sites for purchasing have made the whole process much smoother than in the past. I used to dread making purchases, but now I don't hesitate because the process is simple and effective through ProcurementExpress.

Wady:

I can't think of anything. One of our administrators trained me in about 5 minutes and I haven't had any problems since.

Komentarze: My overall experience is excellent.

Zalety:

The software is very easy to use and understand. I particularly like the approval routing process which ensures that when it comes to the payment of an invoice, you feel confident that it is 'OK to pay'. It keeps Department Heads accountable as they are able to easily look at their budget, seen what is pending and what is paid, and the balance that they have remaining. For those 'non finance types', this layout is simple to understand. There are a variety of personal settings you can manage - that way you can decide what notifications you would like to receive during the approval process.

Wady:

The frustration is that the software does not integrate with our payment system. It would be great if they were able to talk to each other. Sometimes, bills are paid (without a PO) that need to go against a certain budget, however, with no PO, it doesn't show up and adjust the budget remaining amount. A special 'budget adjustment' journal was set up for us to help us with issue, but this also has some bugs. So I would have to say the data is probably only 70-80% accurate. But in saying that, I still think it is a great process and has enabled a much improved purchase order process to the non existent one we had previously.

Amazingly simple and effective streamlined Purchase Order management product

Komentarze: After screening multiple PO products, ProcurementExpress.com was by far and away my favorite. The platform provides virtually everything that could be desired in a simple user-friendly solution. Consulting at a construction company that is used to a loose paper process, the user friendliness of the product made the transition to electronic option feasible. There is a history shown on each PO, allowing visibility into any edits that are made (the edit feature is something we use every day). It is great to be able to add custom fields and control which fields are required vs optional. We look forward to the app being available as well in the future. The fact that we were able to pay for some company specific customizations that were owner requisites was phenomenal (as nice as the standard product is without the customization, we greatly look forward to the enhancements). After the free trial, we were sold on deciding to move forward with company-wide implementation.

- Customization Options - particularly enjoy being able to make some fields optional vs mandatory -Searchable - going to the list of POs it is easy to search for a specific word that is contained in any given number of POs in virtually any field -Customer Service - during the implementation phase and beyond customer service responsiveness has been great (usually able to get a response within 24 hours from around the world)

Wady:

-Customer Service (occasionally the time zone seemed like it caused confusion for when a support call might be scheduled given the international nature of the company)

Great way to control spending

We were looking for a way to increase visibility over our purchasing and provide live information to management before they approve or decline a purchase. ProcurementExpress.com helped us achieve this and more. The app is simple to use which led to our staff overwhelmingly adopting it. The approvals function leaves no doubt as to who is accountable for each purchase.

Yet to offer integration with full accounting systems but I am told this is not far off. This will take the app to the next level. Data exports are available.

ProcurementExpress.com is really easy to use, and not one of our people struggles with it. The best feature is that you can use it anywhere because it is web based, which suits us down to the ground as many of our team travel & work in remote locations. The customer support is excellent, so when we find we need a new feature the ProcurementExpress.com team usually sort us out very quickly.

Now that we have been using it a few years the data base has grown quite large and so we would like the reporting features to be enhanced, with more filters prior to data dump rather than sorting the spreadsheets afterwards.

Only con is the mobile app has to be downloaded with the classic version or its a little tricky to use.

I wish that I could print out reports because I do a LOT of the entries, but I'm not the Administrator. Sometimes I like to report how much I've spent on Publix and/or BJ's Wholesale Club, but I have to bug the Administrator when I want to do that. I've been with you all awhile. Any way that you can enable me to do that?

Simple & effective

Komentarze: I have a small tech company and need to track my teams' expenses over different budgets. There are a lot of systems out there that does this and a whole lot more but none do it as efficiently as ProcurementExpress.com. It's clean design makes it easy to use (even for the less tech-savvy in a tech company) and a major, major benefit is that its MOBILE FRIENDLY. I can respond to PO requests from my iphone, straight from my email client (ie. no need to download an app) - it's super fast and super simple. If I need any further information when I don't have full computer access then thats no problem as the whole webapp is responsively designed to it works just as well (if not better) on my iPhone.

- Works beautifully on my iPhone without having to download an app - Does what it says on the tin and does it well - Very well laid out, ie. intuitive to use - Competitively priced

- Could use a more reporting options (I contacted their support team and they assured me they will be rolling out more options very soon)

This Software really helps in so many ways, You can send PO direct to Supplier's email, with Good notation (default or manual). Also It saves the Items code and Description for future orders, We can copy PO and repeat for Contract Orders which saves a lot of time. Online Chat Support- It is great that Support team is always Active and replies instantly. They are expert and solves problems very quickly, Especially "our rep" - He is very helpful all the time and provides detailed information regarding any issue and resolves faster. Thanks .....

Well, It sends out PO Copy to each approvers; My Suggestion is that if Purchasing Manager is approving then PO Copy should not go to other people who are related to those Department or Budget.
