In terms of value for money, SimplyBook.me is hard to beat. Extremely potent, offering a plethora of functionality and configuration options across a range of price points. The simplicity of the design and the ease of setting up the payment gateway are the two outstanding features.

Wady:

Features beyond booking can be added to make this a comprehensive digital marketing platform for your business. Streamlining the platform's user interface might make it more convenient for users. Increasing its scope will allow you to reach a larger audience.

I like how the pricing is! It’s definitely better than any other app I’ve used.

Wady:

Only thing I don’t like is that you have to go thru another app to send text messages but the app will send emails.

Wady:

It is not easy to update times across all classes. There are too many areas that also have to be updated and it becomes frustrating to use and takes time to figure it out.

A good solution for appointment organization and payments for small and medium-sized businesses

Having all appointment-related needs in one place. At the same time, being able to communicate with customers and carry out marketing activities.

Wady:

Sometimes customers have trouble finding the correct option when booking an appointment. But it's still not a major issue.

Happy with SimplyBook.me - Would recommend!

Zalety:

Very similar to more expensive scheduling software. I have used Mindbody & Mariana Tek in the past for scheduling, payroll & POS. Although I was satisfied with both the other companies, the subscription prices for the software was too high.

Wady:

I would prefer to have a live representative to help with the set up and other questions that could arise. The Chat feature is helpful. However, talking on the phone or video call is preferred. I have since used You Tube for help with any questions I may have.

Great Yoga & Massage Booking Site

Komentarze: I’ve had a lot of trouble with people trying to get gift cards. This is something that I need to trouble shoot before the next holiday season!

Zalety:

Looked professional and I could do it myself. (But it took a lot of time!)

Wady:

My calendar is in :05 increments. I would gladly delete all of our future appointments in order to change this to a :15 calendar. And then manually put them all back in. The amount of scrolling it takes people is confusing to them.

Komentarze: So far it’s functional but may need to switch if I continue to grow to get more features.

Zalety:

Easy to set up & use. Good price. Ability to create classes.

Wady:

That so many features require a higher priced plan. Would like to see more of the add-ons included in the beginning plans. Also would like to see form creation and ability to send. And a way to create more detailed notes and client management.

Komentarze: I like simplybook.me, but would like it to be able to have a bit more flexibiltity with the interface. i need to be able to put location first and add multiple service providers to multiple locations without creating separate profile with separte hours of operation.

Zalety:

I like the customization of scheduling for the service providers, and real-time adjustments. if for any reason a provider is not available, you can take them off the schedule promptly and then add upon their return. I like the option to create different locations.

Wady:

Setting up locations with multiple service providers is non exisant. if you want a service provider in multiple locaions you have to create a separate profle for the service provider. you cannot change have categories first then location. this would be a great feature. More effective if you have one service provider per location. not for multiple use the market place cannot be in alphabetical order. I love the marketplace feature but wish I could have edit it to my liking. I like how the services are first and then the service provider. you have to join a group to submit an upgrade request and if it gets multiple votes it gets implemented.

Adaptable for multiple uses

Komentarze: I did a lot of research before choosing SimplyBook and I haven't found very many services that offer this much customization. Of course I'm greedy and want more through. I'm grateful this is available and would recommend it.

Zalety:

I like that I can use it as a reservation software for my unique business needs as a brewery. I like that you can build your own package with the features. I wish other companies did that more often.

Wady:

I wish that there was more features tailored to reservations and private events. I also wish that the items we sell through the payment system could be labeled with categories that transfer to our POS system. There's a bit of a learning curve if you're using the software but it's worth the effort.

Above Average

Zalety:

Their customer service is fast and polite. Their app is easy and simple to use. Their widget is easy to implement to a website. I can cancel, reschedule and book appointments fast and easily through the app. Its affordable. It syncs to my calendar. Its highly Customizable without being overwhelming and theyre constantly improving the app.

Wady:

Clients like the website version better than the mobile version. I dont like that the mobile version is annoying about logging you out so easily.

I love the free website and online scheduling.

Wady:

It glitches and needs to bre refreshed frequently. No option to put notes on a client. Only on appointment. I would like to put a pets name on file as well as their owner. Notes for the client would suffice. I haven't been able to figure out how to add text reminders. I wish there were more useful options for enabling more add ons for the 300. I upgraded to 300 just to allow one more add on. It paid for itself with that but I would like to add more and cannot justify paying more.

Best Scheduling and Booking Software I've Tested Out of 40+

Zalety:

Best scheduling software for a recording studio out there. I've tested over 40 other booking software's and Simpybook is by far the best for a mult-location, multi-calendar, multi-staff, multi-user, etc option.

Wady:

Calendar view could be easier to read & sort.

Simplybook.me is Great!

Zalety:

I love all of the elements and customization abilities.

Wady:

Website design templates are minimalistic and basic.

Auth.net integration issues

Zalety:

Ease of initial booking by clients & integration with Google calendar.

Wady:

Authorize.net integration has glitches they're blaming on auth.net...but we have multiple online systems that use auth.net and none of the others have issues.

Great for party venue

Zalety:

It allowed to offer specific time slots instead of allowing the customer to choose their own time. Very easy for my customers to book and pay without any communication.

Wady:

The features are a little tough to figure out, they aren’t explained very well, so you have to do trial and error to figure them out

Simply Worth the Effort

Komentarze: Simple to understand, clean, fresh interface. Great support documents. It is a very sophisticated system but made very easy to follow, understand and configure.

Zalety:

After several searches and trials, some great, some not so, once I stumbled upon Simplybook, that was it. All other trials were abandoned. I had found the holy grail. This was what I was looking for. It does it all, great features, beautiful layout and interface. Let's say I am simply overjoyed.

Wady:

When VAT is added, it is a jump from the Standard to the premium account, but for the additional features, it's worth it.

I like that I can collect deposits from customers when they book an appointment. That give me one less thing to do, no more calling customers when they book an appointment to collect a deposit.

Komentarze: Good, takes a minute to get it set up and functioning the way I wanted it to for a co-working space.

Zalety:

A good app and software to assist with the booking of rooms for my co-working space. It takes less time to manage and the clients are not waiting on us to do the bookings.

Wady:

Simple and easy to use. The clients get an app for their phone so it becomes easy and quick for them.
