Convenient and functional application
Zalety:
An informative dashboard where I can see the current status of my auto repair shop at the moment. The features divided into sections quite logically, which makes the application easy to use.
Wady:
Quite poor functionality in the offline mode. Internet connection is required for complete work of all features.
Great experience with AutoRepair Cloud
Zalety:
Good functionality of the customers, vehicles and repair orders list. Multilocation provides me access to list of customers, vehicles and repairs one our shop to another shop in different locations.
Wady:
Multilocation is a good feature, but could be more functional (for example, provide financial reports).
My dealership has a listing with them

We absolutely love having a free listing with them however we have never been able to see a direct benefits to being on board.

Unfortunately we have never been shown that we have or have not been contacted through this tool. Yet.
In general, this application seems useful for me

I like wide Customers and Vehicles database and QuickBooks Online Integration. Financial Reports about performed Repairs for me seems useful too.
Wady:
The Auto Parts and Inventory chapter is difficult for me. Sometimes there are also errors in this chapter.

Communication center, which allows me send different types of messages to my customers. Appointments chapter, which provides possibility to make an appointment assigned to exact worker or bay.

Labor estimates and maintenances info does not cover all vehicles.

Zalety:
Two-way communication with the customer, where I can exchange messages with him, and also send him repair order for approval. And I can do it through this application, without using any other products.
Wady:
Common and custom financial reports do not consist all data I need.
I don't see any other alternative to this application

Technical Information feature is very helpful, especially Tires & Wheels and Fluids info. I also like Workflow Timeline, which shows work statuses in real time.

The Communication Center with vehicle owners looks multifunctional (including sending different Media). I also like integrated shop suppliers, which I can use to purchase parts just through this application.

Customer Support Chat sometimes gives reply with a delay. Also application sometimes returns some non-critical, but strange errors.

Labor estimates are accurate I could establish prepayment options for customers. I can send a link via email or text to the customer for them to review the invoice and provide approval.

Optimal prices in relation to the list of features. It is possible to order auto parts from different parts stores.

Some pages load a bit slowly. Not all features work in offline mode.

Komentarze: I am so glad to find this application. When I was looking for something to minimize my daily routine I happened to find this cloud-based solution and it really helps me a lot. No need to install it, I can sign in from any PC or laptop; all I need is the Internet. So I basically have a huge inventory of autoparts on my fingertips for instance.

Komentarze: We use AutoRepair Cloud at our family's shop and I think it's good enough. I find it simple to use and use it mainly as appointment schedule and invoicing tool.
