These users are the ones who build loyalty, and staff members may carry that loyalty from agency to agency. Without the opportunity to use the tool, this advocacy is lost.

Often, I find myself lost in all the data provided and am unsure what the most vital aspects to call attention to are. Also, I frequently want to view mobile and desktop data together, but in numerous graphs - there is no way to break the data out in this manner.

Data analytics, helpful with keyword searching, and easy to navigate around. This helps with client media monitoring and finding trends to talk about with the media.

Wady:

Not much I don't like - I just don't use everything (sales, stock features, etc.). They seem interesting but are not needed for me much.

Quick, easy, intuitive ways to find the data you need. Visualization tools make the data clear and easy to explain.

Not really a con, but I know there are other capabilities in the tool I do not utilize. I can reach out to my rep, as my rep has offered countless times to help me with reports to solve my business problems, I just haven't met yet (so this is on me!). But more broader trainings for each company (so a training for Amazon employees specifically) would be helpful!
