A seamless professional time-saver of a course management platform!

Komentarze: For almost 2 and a half years, I've had a very positive experience running an online professional training course business on the Corsizio platform. It saves me hours of work every week, for which I'm very thankful. It works so well and smoothly that I rarely need to reach out to support, but when I do I'm impressed by the speed and professionalism of the response from the Corsizio staff.

Zalety:

Corsizio is intuitive and reliable. It seamlessly manages the many complex class management tasks of scheduling, invoicing, reminding, and following up with attendees. The public view is modern and easy to navigate, which I believe has lead to increased registrations for my courses.

Wady:

I have a hard time identifying a negative aspect of the service.

easy to start and to clone courses which you once established and just exchange some features.

If i want to load up pictures I have to spent a lot amount of time to get them in correct shape that they look good. If I would know the size of an template would be nice. Better I can adjust by reshaping in the tool (see how it is done in contacts in Iphone if you add a picture which does not fit. How about a gallery....

Excellent registration engine for classes and events

Komentarze: I switched to Corsizio because of its integration with Zapier. I have not been disappointed. I actively recommend it to others.

Zalety:

Corsizio is easy to use for a variety of different types of classes and events. It is designed well, and has a robust process for cancellations and refunds that makes it easy to avoid problems like chargebacks. Corsizio integrates with Zapier, which allows for automation when someone registers. Support team is very responsive and knows the product well.

Wady:

The fields for collecting info from registrants are a bit inflexible, 1) title and organization are relegated to custom fields; they should be standard fields that can be turned on or off, 2) name field is full name only and Corsizio always assumes the first word (and only the first word) is the first name, which messes up name tags for people with two words in their first name (e.g. Mary Ann). Better would be two separate fields for first and last name.

Great product and room to develop even more

That 2 people cant register together and pay at once. Unless I've missed something in the instructions...plus it would be nice to set up a single event and have tome slots availabile with qty management to meet max/min.

Excellent Online Registration and Payment Software

Komentarze: Overall experience has been terrific from onboarding to using the software.

Zalety:

The ability to create and customize forms for our needs. Layout and navigation of the website and help tools are very good. Fairly intuitive to use so not much training required. Excellent and responsive Support Team from Corsizio.

Wady:

Took a little experimentation and practice from our team, as well as some help from Corsizio Support to fully understand how to properly use forms that we created. The reporting features are almost too robust for our needs - not really a negative and more of a preference from our perspective.

Komentarze: I've used a few different systems to list my classes. Eventbrite, square, etc. None of them are anywhere near what you need for making a system like this work. This took every complaint I had about other platforms and made something that works really well.

It's fast, it's responsive, it's pretty customizable. Great product.

Corsizio is a lifesaver!

Komentarze: Overall benefits for us pertain to the time we've gained back from having the Corsizio product run enrollment for us, the ease of use for both students and admin, and the ability to embed the product seamlessly into our website. We can't live without this software!

Zalety:

I'm so glad I found Corsizio. For us this software has taken the once tedious and time consuming task of course management and enrollment and streamlined the process making it extremely easy to manage. The user experience for those enrolling in our courses has also been made much simpler. My favorite feature is the ability to set up "memos" (emails) to be sent to all enrolled students at scheduled times and having that record of communication attached to the course profile. It serves as a sort of CRM for us. I would encourage everyone to learn about the markdown formatting tools that allow a lot more customization in certain areas. The look and feel of the Corsizio product, including the communications that are sent from the system to our enrolled students, is also very professional and makes us look good! We simply could never go back to the ways we were doing course enrollment before.

Wady:

A feature we'd like to see added is one that would allow us to take an enrolled student and enroll them in other courses/events with a simple click or two from the student's profile. Instead, we have to open a second admin window, navigate to the secondary class(es) enrollment forms, and copy and paste the student's enrollment information on the original screen into the applicable enrollment form for the other class. Corsizio makes it very simple to transfer a student from one event to another but we'd also benefit from a similar feature when manually enrolling students in a sequence of events.

Simple, light, glitch free and efficient

Komentarze: Overall I really like it for its simplicity and clean programming, the interface jsut makes sense, which cannot be said from many other software platforms.

Zalety:

I love how well the software works, never freezes, never crashes, it's fast and efficient. I love the integration. The customer service is truly the best. It works really well for my associate teachers, they can set up their own courses and learned to use it really quickly, this means it is very well designed.

Wady:

Would love to see multiple course registration, so students don't need to register each time, but once for several courses. Since we now run hybrid classes: (online and in-person at the same time, we could really use a capacity by ticket type feature within an event, also when sending memos, seeing who paid for what (ticket type) would be useful so that you can only send, for example, recorded classes to those people who paid extra for that additional service. Multiple course discounts would also be great (for the same person)

Powody przejścia na produkt: Corsizio: price for sure (we are small) and also because most of the other software plattforms are geared towards drop-in classes or making appointments for private classes and have reduced features for "courses", meaning people signing up for 2-4 months at the time, rather than dropping in. Our model, which is more like a university or school with a program that develops, is less common in the "wellness and fitness industry", so the multiple-week registration is less developed in other platforms, unless you go to a specific dance-registration software

Highly recommend if you want LESS admin time!

Corsizio allows my students to register for term lessons and workshops at my music school easily keeping admin tasks to a minimum. We can easily keep track of how many students have registered, accept deposits on their term bookings, send bulk emails to participants, check who has paid and who is owing amounts, and keep track of all relevant student details all in one place. Automatic reminder emails mean that I don't need to follow up individually with families and all admin is completed by customers rather than my team. Cloning courses and term bookings is easy and Corsizio webpage/signup page is professional, well laid out and easy to use and customise. We can make personal notes for each student and adjust their term fees if necessary. Reporting is simple and accurate so we can quickly see our revenue and pending payments amounts for each course. The Zapier integration means that we can automatically populate our email database with new registrations without the need for manual entries.

Wady:

It would be helpful to have PayPal integration and save credit cards for automatic charging.

Komentarze: Corsizio is easy to work with. I specially like the availability of reports pertaining to class registration and the number of people attending our classes. A great feature of Corsizio is the follow up/feedback from participants which is helpful in evaluation of our programs.

In 2020, while other senior centers closed due to Covid-19 Pandemic, here in Laguna Beach, we switched to offering online classes using Corsizio for all online registrations. Seniors adopted the system with ease and enjoyed being able to connect virtually. Corsizio was a lifesaver for us, and assisted us to stay in touch with our clients making sure they stay engaged and connected while sheltering in place.

Wady:

Corsizio has helped our registration tremendously. We have not experienced anything in the system that needs improvement.

That it charges for putting people on the waiting list. It should not charge until they are confirmed in a class. Because of this, I turned off the waiting list feature.

Within 10 minutes of using this product I began to feel comfortable using it. It is very easy to navigate, pages are clearly marked and it is obviousl where information is stored. I would highly recommend this to anyone in education who has to register a large volume of students.

Komentarze: Love Love Love! Reduced paperwork, reduced admin time, reduced payment processing time, quicker to fill classes. Improved staff communication. Allows for working off-site. Overall this is a must have for any organisation running classes or workshops. Most other options we researched were simply ticketing software - Corsizio is perfect for our needs.

Going from a messy and confusing manual system, I fell in love with Corsizio immediately. Our organisation is saving so much admin time its unbelievable. Classes and workshops are so easy to set up and the public landing page is very professional, easy to view and makes registration and payment easy for workshop registration.

Wady:

There's very little we do not like about Corsizio, however we would like to see more flexibility with the feedback option where we could create our own feedback templates.

The heart of our training business.

Komentarze: Overall the software is excellent for us as a small-to-medium sized business providing industrial safety training, where our customer profile is a worker coming in for a few days for a variety of courses. It is fast, efficient, inexpensive, and easy to use. The Corsizio development team's philosophical resistance to expanding the scope of the software is the single greatest barrier to ongoing success with us; while it shouldn't be CRM software, a *dash* of that in the mix would go a long way to making Corsizio even better.

Corsizio software reduced our staffing needs by making administrative and course management tasks fast and efficient. It has proven easy to learn and cross-train on, with new hires able to pick up the basics and start using it within an hour.

Wady:

Some of the workflow around payment processing for multiple registrations can be a challenge; the most common example we encounter is if a student wants to book for multiple courses at the same time, I have to process each course as a separate transaction. We've also received resistance from Corsizio's organization in the past at the suggestion of an automated renewal/expiry reminder for students who have completed a course that periodically expires.

Best event registration system for Higher Ed out there!

Komentarze: This product has taken the headache out of registering faculty for our campus-wide trainings. We can easily administer, create, and cancel trainings and participants. I would highly recommend this product. In fact, other admin units on campus have started switching over to using Corsizio.

We tried several other event registration tools and found that they did not quite meet our needs here at the University of Colorado Denver. We stumbled upon Corsizio and instantly knew this is the tool for our faculty to easily register for our training events! Participants do not need to create accounts, it's easy to manage participants (add, remove, cancel registrations), it grants certificates either automatically or manually, it allows you to customize the event language, add images and videos, and the overall usability is phenomenal! The best part is that currently Corsizio is free (Except for taking payments!) Honestly, we would pay to use Corsizio, it's really that great!

Wady:

The only con I can think of is that you cannot create events that do not have a specific date. So for example, we like to have our faculty/participants register for online trainings, but these trainings are open-ended and do not typically have an exact date. I wish there was a way to make an event open-ended and without a specific date attached to it. It would be nice if it somehow integrated with our Canvas LMS, but it is not necessary. Other than that, there is really no other con!
