Kajabi Makes Online Marketing Impactful

Komentarze: I am a fan of Kajabi and despite some of their limitations, it's a very important part of my personal marketing strategy.

Zalety:

I love the flexibility of Kajabi. Their platform has proven to be an important part of my personal marketing and branding. Even though I own a digital marketing agency, many of my personal brand sites are built within Kajabi, due to the ease of use.

Wady:

I wish they would bring back phone support. I also don't like the fact you can't edit the media library.

Kajabi is the best all in one platform!

Komentarze: The customer service is incredible I’ve been able to learn and improve things I was doing by working with chat support they are incredible and the high resolution they use in design work is unmatched

Zalety:

I love the ease of using this, when I first was introduced to Kajabi I had a client using it for their website and they had a designed ghost them and we had a launch for a offer then following week I was able to fully build out a sales funnel from sales page through confirmation emails and tagging. I love the ability to do everything from email marketing, podcast, blogs, courses, offers, accepting payments all in once place.

Wady:

The cost can be really high for smaller businesses

Beware! Nightmarish Experience with KAJABI

They have shown a complete disregard for their customers and failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss by looking elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy software company. Kajabi Does Email Too!

Komentarze: Because some clients were using other Kajabi software I decided to give the email a try. Overall for the price, I was satisfied with the platform.

Zalety:

Kajabi worked great for my small email list plus had the segmentation I needed.

Wady:

I didn't have any problems with Kajabi's email platform.

Outstanding Overall

Komentarze: I am pleased with Kajabi. The staff and customer service team were pretty motivated and helpful. The product is top-notch, aesthetically and functionally and the 30-day trial offer really lets you fully assess the service.

Zalety:

Kajabi is robust, and you can tell they've been in the game for a while because there isn't much you can request that they haven't anticipated.

Wady:

I didn't like having to spend so much time learning where to go for what...I would love to have a single space (a command center) where I could look at the screen, find what I need, and implement my plan.

Kajabi has been a win for us

They feel expensive for how we are currently using them, but they offer many capabilities that we haven't even tapped into yet, such as the social media automations, so I'm excited to continue expanding the way we use Kajabi to leverage the possibilities better.

Zalety:

I found it relatively simple to set up and get started with. The support documentation is helpful and thorough. I appreciate the customization options available and the ability to create email campaigns and web pages all in one place.

Wady:

The location of where you can edit various aspects of your courses/offers is not intuitive. I would appreciate if they added the ability to use videos hosted on YouTube.

The Rolls Royce of Online Course Delivery

Komentarze: While Kajabi will position and advertise itself as the "one and only platform you need" its expertise is what it started out with, which is online course delivery. Since it has introduced email marketing, checkouts, landing pages, website builder, membership programs and I believe in podcast hosting, but all of that is pretty basic and while it does the job, you are better served using other options. That being said, when it comes to hosting online courses, and wanting to share your expertise with your audience, no one does it better. Kajabi is more expensive feature for feature when it comes to what else is out there, but Kajabi does it the best and it's worth the premium. I have no intention of switching to anything else. It hosts my demo classes, free classes, full out programs and has helped me in growing my business. My clients love the ease of use, layouts, and of course the Kajabi Mobile App.

Zalety:

Kajabi hands down is the best of the best. The different templates, organization and layout of content makes for easy user consumption.

Wady:

Could do better with landing pages, checkouts, and membership programs.

The Industry Standard

Komentarze: I've used Kajabi for years. Customer service has always been super helpful when needed. It's easy to use and has really transformed my business.

Zalety:

Kajabi is great. Straight forward. Easy to use. Helpful templates. Easy to create clean and efficient sites, courses, and emails.

Wady:

It's a bit expensive without guarantee of ROI.

Komentarze: It has been a necessary resource to take our products online, rapidly expanding our scope and services.

Zalety:

The “one product solution” nature of the product (website, LMS, marketing emails, analytics, customer database, podcasts, blog, etc.)

Wady:

Price is expensive for non-profits & charities, especially for Canadian companies with the USD exchange rate.

A Solid Option for the Course-Coneseur

Komentarze: Overall, it works well and it's a great and secure platform to distribute content behind a paywall.

Zalety:

It's a very useful site to create streamlined course content. Very convenient for distributing to large audiences.

Wady:

It could be a bit TOO linear... more options to communicate with the community would've been appreciated.

Kajabi is great if you already have a great community and you can hire someone to do your website

Komentarze: I've had it for more than 11 months and I don't think Kajabi is for people who are trying to build community, it's great if you currently have one, but not great for beginners. There is no customer service unless you pay the top tier monthly subscription

Building a community instead of using a private Facebook group

Kajabi is great if you already have a thriving community, and a website builder, but if you are fairly new to building a community with no website designer this isn't the app to start with. FitBudd has been a better option for me instead of Kajabi.

Great all in one platform for website and learning content management

Zalety:

The website builder is great. I love the plug-and-play options and a suite of simple clean templates to choose from.

Wady:

If you are a novice in the space you may find it challenging to know what to search for in Kajabi University. But once you locate the information, it is detailed and answers the question.

Kajabi is an excellent but pricey option

Komentarze: My overall experience was good and would recommend kajabi to more established businesses that already have consistent income.

I loved the way everything worked together and integrated.

Wady:

I disliked the high monthly payment particularly as I was struggling to make my business work. I wanted to have all the bells and whistles but wasn’t yet earning the money to justify it. I also did not live me the product limits.

All-in-One business solution for memberships and course creators

Komentarze: I love Kajabi. I was able to pick up on how Kajabi works pretty quickly and found it to be an intuitive product that is easy to use.

Zalety:

I love that with Kajabi, you have the ability to build all the basics in one location. You can create free content and publish via podcast, email marketing, blog, and website, and also have exclusive content, trainings, etc. behind the pay wall. It is all-in-one for basic use. A new online business owner can dive into Kajabi and have pretty much all the basic tools they need. I also love the automations built in to Kajabi.

Wady:

The biggest con I have heard from others is pricing prior to a new business generating steady income. However, Kajabi occasionally offers longer than normal trials that can help business owners hit the ground running. In the big picture, it is more streamlined than and comparable to linking together other platform options to achieve all of the same services as Kajabi. Kajabi makes it simple, so the price seems well justified.

Komentarze: There are many sites like Kajabi out there that either try to offer many different benefits but do not truly excel at most of them and end up being bloated, confusing, and ultimately not as dependable. Kajabi truly nows how to create a seamless powerful process for coaches and content creators.

One of the main reasons why I love Kajabi is because it is very dependable and they have an amazing dedicated team always updating, and offering support. You can find many apps that try to do what Kajabi does but trust is very important to me... and Kajabi is not only trustworthy but has great style. Other popular apps within their class do not evoke that feeling of trust or warmth that it is essential for marketing across any service based industry. A subtle point but very important to me.

Wady:

I would say that it was lacking a true community feeling for my clients but with their newest update... it is truly amazing. Just the new "community" portion is worth the prize within itself... so there is not much I don't like about Kajabi now.

LOTS of Features

Komentarze: We host our courses on Kajabi and use it for some landing pages. We also run most of our checkouts through Kajabi.

Zalety:

Kajabi sells itself as the one home for your whole business - websites, courses, checkout, membership, landing pages, email. And all those features are pretty decent. Not best in class, but pretty good. They also work to make things better. They just totally remade the page editor. Then emails. Now sites are next, and a revision of memberships is probably coming soon. They really are making it better all the time.

Wady:

Right now, it seems (based on feedback in the official Facebook group) that email deliverability isn't the best right now (but being worked on). You run into some constraints when you work entirely inside Kajabi, but if you embrace those limitations, it really does free you up to do your work and get on with running your business.

Great option for e-learning and automations

Komentarze: I am very pleased with Kajabi. My monthly expenses are 50% of what I was paying having different platforms, and now I know that all my automations run smoothly.

Zalety:

That I could integrate almost all my business needs under one roof. Before Kajabi I was using other software for performing different tasks in my business. I am not a coder and integrating everything -and making it work!- was kind of a nightmare. Very time consuming. And I use to spend a lot of money. When I found Kajabi it was a life-saver. Email marketing, tagging, email automation, site creation, squeeze pages creation, e-learning platform, forms, surveys, it is an all-in-one solution. It saved me lots of time and money.

Wady:

Some features need more depth, like metrics. They've done a lot of work regarding this, but there is still room for improvement. Also, they just integrate with Paypal and Stripe for payments. Being based in Latin America, I need also to be able to add the local payment gateway (Mercado Pago). I don't see this happening in the near future from their side, and I am sure that I am losing money because of this.

Kajabi Has an Effective Email Marketing Tool

Kajabi has brilliant and super amazing features. The reliability of Kajabi makes it an incredible solution.

Kajabi has flawless features. Kajabi is so amazing.

Great for entrepreneurs just starting out

Komentarze: My overall experience was okay I can honestly say I learned a thing or two and I am looking forward to Future interactions with kajabi.

But I like most is that is for entrepreneurs that don't have much experience in the business. It helps you build and market your own online courses as well as doing classes that might be beneficial to you

I believe the price was ridiculous honestly it was a little too expensive for what they were delivering

A great concept with too much user friction

Komentarze: I wanted to love Kajabi but in the end, I began dreading interacting with the platform. I never did launch this side hustle because I began to feel so bogged down just getting the thing up and running. I was given the advice from colleagues that the way to success was to hire a designer to set up my Kajabi and then run it from there. Given the high cost of the platform, I found I resented the idea of needing to spend yet more to get it functional. In different circumstances, I might use Kajabi again but it's not my first choice.

Zalety:

I was very attracted to the idea of an all in one platform that would allow me functionality without needing to knit together many applications. I also appreciated a lot of their educational and motivational content.

Wady:

It's very awkward. I was coming from Squarespace as a web platform and by comparison, getting the look I wanted required a lot of tedious, non-intuitive modifications to the template.

Komentarze: I did'n like Kajabi, because it is too confusing and complicated. It is also mega expensive.

Zalety:

I didn't like anything about it. It is too complicated.

Wady:

Too many options. Too many Kajabi tabs are open to interact with people. Very confusing.

Best for courses!

Zalety:

I help market an online course for a creator. The platformm has a learning curve but we'll worth it for the features.

Wady:

The Learing curve is steep but it is worth mastering.

Kajabi is a good all-in-one system

Komentarze: My overall experience was good. Customer support was very responsive. I liked the system but I had to hire a virtual assistant team to help me. Ultimately, I decided to move to another product that was less expensive, offered HIPAA compliance, and offered more features. Kajabi claims to be an all-in-one system but it doesn't allow online scheduling, doesn't create a marketing calendar where I can write one post and have it post on 4 social media accounts simultaneously, doesn't offer a 40% affiliate commission, and is not as user-friendly as it claims to be. The system I currently use allows for all of these features plus it's so simple that I can do everything myself and don't need to hire virtual assistants for website management. (I used Kajabi from 2018-2020; therefore, the company may have more features now than when I used it)

Zalety:

Completely customizable; easy contact management system for collecting leads and editing their information; user-friendly with DIY email broadcasts and blogging; great CRM; good for coaching memberships too

Wady:

The base product was a bit pricey compared to other systems. There was no online scheduling system when I was using it so I had to have another product for scheduling. Although I could create my own email broadcasts and blogs, I needed a virtual assistant team to create my website and management it. I thought Kajabi was supposed to be easy to set up its website but I found it confusing.

Kajabi is pretty good, but pretty pricey

Komentarze: Overall, I liked Kajabi pretty well. It was my first experience with selling online courses. Their customer support is amazing! They're super quick on chat, and often would just login to my account and fix my issue for me. But as a new business starting out, the level I needed for just a handful of courses (and only one website) was too pricey for me. I moved on to other tools.

I like that it was all-in-one -- I could host my courses, email clients & host my website all in one place.

Wady:

While the course hosting is pretty good, and pretty intuitive to setup, it's kinda limited on how you can customize it and make things look like you want. Like for example, it gives you a place to put a video OR audio file OR picture at the top of the lesson, but you can't add a second video in the same lesson (for additional info).

Makes running an online biz a breeze

Years ago when we started out, my husband was trying to build our website from scratch using Wordpress plugins. He was pulling all nighters and pulling his hair out...but still was falling behind deadlines and the site looked like crap. Enter stage left, Kajabi, and all our problems were solved. INSTANT profressionalism given to us from their fresh and clean layout and look.

Wady:

The ONE con I've got is that they don't have any way for the community to really engage inside Kajabi. So our course students and Academy subscription members aren't engaging inside it...and we have to use Facebook instead, which I think we all have a love/hate with these days.
