I am using this becasue of automation, not very costly, and function wise it is very good. Customer care are not very good, they do not help immediately, need to wait for few days only then call back.
It broke down several times. However, it finally worked.

i use bigin with all my other tools on zoho, which are books, desk, sign and forms!! it has been a game changer, the prices are decent and tons of features

i think zoho bigin and zoho crm should be one app, there is no need for 2 extra functions, better customer service that understand the proper english

Amazing power given the price
Komentarze: BIGIN CRM punches well above its weight class considering its cost. The reality is, it provides enough core function that 80% of small and medium sized businesses needs. I've used SalesForce, AGILE, Workbooks, and Dynamics CRM and BIGIN is comparable for most of what I want to achieve.
Zalety:
Bigin is very powerful given its price point. It offers all the basic functions you would likely need. The bolt ons into other ZOHO applications makes it almost infinitely upgradable.
Wady:
The marketing campaign assignment is very limited, and there is limited ways to process sales leads.

Seamless CRM for Sales
Komentarze: Being a noob on keeping my customer's data collectively. This tool helps me keeping it effortless.
Zalety:
The most favourite part of mine is the mobile application of the Bigin's CRM. Being a Sales person, I would always be clinging to my mobile rather than my laptop. Which has a very easy interface and it also helps me call logs of my every leads.
Wady:
We find hard to import csv files in the modules. The data often gets skipped and it's very hard to find the origin of the issue. That's the only thing I found difficult.
Cant go wrong with Begin!

Komentarze: The best possible option for most freelancers, and among the best for fractional leaders. Incredibly painless for managing contacts. A little tweaking of the pipeline will allow it to do most of what you could need, especially with sales follow-up.

Setting up the automations and workflow can be a little confusing at first when you're looking to create something a little different than their templates.

I'd been using an older CRM for years and, as I'm transitioning to a new business model, we needed a modern CRM that would grow with us and not break the bank. I spent days researching and playing around with first a dozen CRMs, narrowed it down to three or four, and settled on Bigin. It had the cleanest UI and structure, a great feature set, and the opportunity to grow with Zoho as our business grows.

Sometimes I struggle to find the information I need or tools I need. I suspect I need time to get used to Bigin. The notes text field is inadequate. It needs to have at least bold, italics, bullets and numbering for me to be able to take quality, readable note

First things first, this thing is easy to use. No tech degree required, just point and click. Even my grandma (well, maybe not my grandma...) could probably figure it out. Plus, there's a free plan that's perfect for testing the waters before you dive in. The paid plans are budget-friendly too, which is a major win for a small business like us. And for the price, you get some cool features like automated emails (lifesaver!) and a system that helps you prioritize leads. Zoho Begin also plays nicely with other Zoho apps, which is a bonus if you're already part of the Zoho fam. Everything feels connected and streamlined. Not Quite Perfect

Now, don't get me wrong, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Zoho Begin doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other CRMs. If you're looking for fancy marketing automation or super detailed sales pipeline stuff, you might need to look elsewhere. Also, the integrations with other Zoho apps can be a bit tricky to set up. It wasn't exactly a walk in the park for our not-so-tech-savvy team.

No synchronization with LinkedIn. It's a shame as data enrichment and updates are critical in a CRM.

It's too easy to use for a small business. I have a restaurant tech startup and the UX and UI is so smooth. They promise a 30 minutes setup and I did it in 15 min.

Doesn't have SalesIQ integration, if zoho want to make from bigin the best small CRM you need to make a SalesIQ integration.

The ease of access and usage is the best part of this CRM. Even interns with no experience with any CRM can easily use and manage this without fail.
Wady:
There are some limitations for a startup in the long run. As in eventually as the company grows we would definitely need to move away to a more extensive CRM platform.
