Improving productivity with Wrike

5,0 w zeszłym tygodniu Nowy

Komentarze: Wrike is a highly effective project management and team collaboration solution that has significantly improved the efficiency of project management and communication in my office.

Zalety:

What I like most about Wrike is that it allows for quick adaptation and adoption by team members. It is very effective in its wide range of functions, such as project planning, task assignment, resource management and real-time communication, which facilitates efficient coordination and collaboration among team members. It provides optimal collaboration and access to shared resources. The custom reporting feature allows me to easily obtain information on project progress and team performance.

Wady:

Although Wrike is a powerful tool, it can be a bit overwhelming for new users due to the number of features and options available.

It organized general tasks for collective projects

4,0 2 miesiące temu Nowy

Komentarze: Planning and monitoring the building process. Creates a unified platform for all managing partners. It was simple to delegate work to certain people. It was also simple to mark down each course as finished. Course completion dates were clearly recorded so that progress could be tracked over time.

Zalety:

Wrike was primarily utilized as a project management and training module management system. It helped us categorize courses according to job functions and create specialized training plans.

Wady:

There were hiccups in the updating process for assigned tasks on occasion. For classroom settings, the multi-user feature felt clumsy.

Ideal for managing and sharing tasks within my team.

4,0 2 miesiące temu Nowy

Komentarze: Excellent display settings and notification function for easy plan management. Sharing the plan with the whole team is easy, and person-hour control and input can be graphed and analyzed. It is very convenient to display the list of tasks in a table format, and avoiding overwork for each person in charge is possible. We can see at a glance what needs to be done first, such as things that are close to deadlines, so you can review the work assignment without a team and deal with the things that have the most recent deadlines first. Until now, each individual's work was reported as a to-do, but now all team members can understand it by looking at the list.

Zalety:

Besides the Kanban-style visualization, I like viewing the task list in a list or table. Tasks can be managed intuitively in the Kanban format, but sorting them by deadline or person in charge isn't easy. If it is a table display, you can create a list for each person in order to see who is overworked and distribute the work within the team.

Wady:

I feel there are fewer linked services than other tools. It would be convenient to be notified by external email or chat when a task is added, or the status is updated. Alternatively, such a linking tool may already exist. Still, there are few users compared to other tools, and even if you search for a manual as the optimal customization method, you may not be able to find it.

Little love from the team - Poor customer service

3,0 w zeszłym miesiącu Nowy

Komentarze: I politely asked for a refund for the annual plan I was not using. Nobody cares to reply to me. There seems to be a lot of turnaround time in this company.

Zalety:

The set of features is very sophisticated.

Wady:

It's a very dry and dated user interface. There is no easy entry point. I got a lot of push back from the team. It was difficult to scale up, features that worked for one person could not be easily deployed at the team level. Forcing us to sign an annual plan is not good either. I wasted a year of subscription which is infuriating.

Wrike Review: The Pros and Cons of Using This Project Management Solution for Remote Teams

4,0 3 miesiące temu

Komentarze: Overall, my experience with Wrike has been highly positive. As a web developer, I've used many project management tools over the years, and I have found that Wrike stands out in terms of its ease of use, comprehensive feature set, and robust collaboration capabilities. I appreciate the platform's flexibility and ability to adapt to my team's unique needs, whether we're managing multiple projects, tracking tasks, or collaborating on documents. The real-time monitoring and reporting features have been especially helpful in keeping everyone on the same page and ensuring that we're meeting project deadlines. Additionally, the customer support team has been highly responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or encountered issues. Overall, I highly recommend Wrike to any team looking for a powerful, all-in-one project management solution.

Zalety:

As a web developer who often works with remote teams, I found Wrike's project management solution to be an excellent tool for improving collaboration and productivity. One of the features I liked most about the software was its ability to provide real-time updates on project progress, making it easy to track tasks and deadlines. Additionally, the task management system is very intuitive, making it easy to assign and track tasks across multiple projects. Another feature I found particularly helpful was the ability to communicate with team members within the platform, eliminating the need for multiple tools and reducing the risk of miscommunication. Overall, Wrike has become an essential tool for me and my team, helping us stay organized, focused, and on track towards meeting our project goals.

Wady:

While I found Wrike to be an overall helpful project management solution, there were a few areas where I encountered some challenges. One of the main drawbacks I experienced was the initial learning curve when first using the software. The interface can be overwhelming at first, especially if you're not familiar with project management software. However, once I got the hang of it, I found the platform to be very intuitive and user-friendly. Another area of improvement could be the pricing structure, as the cost may be a bit steep for small businesses or startups. Additionally, while the software does offer a lot of features, some users may find that they don't need or use all of them, making it less cost-effective. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still highly recommend Wrike as a valuable tool for remote teams and project management.

The most robust of project management tools for marketing

5,0 w zeszłym miesiącu Nowy

Komentarze: Overall a great tool - we moved from Jira and it is 100 times better in project management and ease of use. As far as robust project management tools go, I think Wrike is at the top

Zalety:

There are a lot of features, automations and customizations allowed in wrike. Once set up, a full view of projects is available. The foldering, project and task views all make sense for project management, and the request forms are nice and customizable

Wady:

Unable to customize custom objects per task type - custom objects have to go on all or noneI would like more logic abilities behind automation assignments and status assignmentsNo templates - all custom build. This is a good and bad thing because we didnt really have something out of the box and are working hard to build from scratch

Zalety:

I love how Wrike simplifies project management and collaboration for me and my team. I find the interface to be clean and easy to navigate.

My passion for WRIKE

5,0 2 miesiące temu

Komentarze: My overall experience with WRIKE has been tremendous, and I am the company cheerleader for WRIKE. My productivity has increased, and so has the productivity of my team, but they often see it as a chore rather than a benefit. We were looking for a system where we did not need a dedicated Project Manager, but we now hired a project manager to manage the system.

Zalety:

I love the WRIKE interface and look of WRIKE - the ability to link tasks across multiple projects. All the different views and abilities characterize the data. I love that you can use it instead of excel. I really like that outlook emails can become comments to task or task themselves. I

Wady:

Most of my colleagues at our small company struggle with WRIKE, I have done at least seven training, and people don’t get it as I do, so only a few use it, I even tried lunch and learns. Most of the company resist using the product and looking at timelines. I don’t like that I had to figure out the company requirements. I would love to see more flexible request forms. We use it to get vendor quotes; there is no save and return functionality. We would love a way for answers from the Request form to go into a table form without creating custom fields and transferring the data. I even created a personal account, but I am maxed out on data space and have requested someone call me for months.

Project Planning & Resource Management

5,0 2 miesiące temu

Komentarze: Our team has been working off Wrike for over 4 years and it continues to be a positive experience. Previous to implementing Wrike, the team was working off a series of patched together platforms which included Google and Excel spreadsheets, Trello, Basecamp, and Asana. The beautiful thing about Wrike is that it allows users all of the views that are available in those different platforms (i.e., Trello's Kanban cards) but with one centralized 'source of truth' for all project and resource planning. After trying a selection of various platforms and continuing to work with vendors across multiple platforms, Wrike continues to be a favourite.

Zalety:

Wrike is an effective web-based project management and resource planning platform, which has enough features to be useful, but also enough flexibility and customization—on both the enterprise and user-level—to work for a variety of organizations, individuals, and work-styles. The project management view is particularly helpful as the same project can be viewed as a list, (kanban) board, table (spreadsheet view), Gantt chart and more. This allows users flexibility to engage with projects in the way that works for them.

Wady:

The calendar functionality and design could be more elegant, as it feels like a somewhat neglected corner of the platform. It is functional, but not pretty.

Wrike for Small Hospital Marketing Department

5,0 3 miesiące temu

Komentarze: I am very pleased with Wrike. Everyone is on the same page with a clear expectation of deadlines and participation. If I could get everyone to use it at all times within the department and with our clients, it would be seamless. That's an internal issue, not a Wrike issue!

Zalety:

I like that all communications are recorded in Wrike and make for an easy reference in case of questions. I really like the accountability it creates for outside parties using the application with our department. This has shut down a lot of "I didn't say that's" since we've implemented the program.

Wady:

I would like to see the ability to insert documents such as Word or photos into the markup area of the online proofs. There are times where this would be more helpful than referencing a document that you have attached to the library.

Intuitive Project Management System

4,0 12 miesięcy temu

Komentarze: With the aid of Wrike's help portal and chat customer service, I learned a lot in a short period of time. With this application, you may generate databases of important information relevant to specific projects of any data type. Through the usage of its API, you may connect to, communicate to, and receive data from other programs you may already be using.

Zalety:

Using Wrike has helped us keep our teams on the same page when it comes to complicated projects and tasks. It has helped us integrate the product with our agile processes, manage our sprints, and generate bespoke dashboards and reporting. Creating bespoke task lists in Wrike allows me to make sure that every portion of the project is performed correctly and on time by every person that has to complete assignments. This is my favorite feature.

Wady:

There is no way to set task priorities in Wrike's task management software. It is only important for a task to have a high priority setting. Because of this, it is difficult to prioritize all project activities and guide team members on which work should be completed first.

Wrike - A greate alternative to Microsoft Planner, just not Microsoft Teams

3,0 2 lata temu

Komentarze: Task and Project Management is great on Wrike, however, communication is bare bones. The issue we had was that we used Wrike, but still had to use Teams for communication and collaboration. If Wrike were to be enhanced with screen sharing, messaging, and video conference even only on paid tiers, it make a better case for us that would rather collaborate and plan in one software package.

Zalety:

The UI/UX was superb. The font and graphics were easy on the eyes. Planning tasks and adding task was very easy once past the learning curve.

Wady:

I don't like that the Gantt chart was behind a subscription paywall. The only reason I subscribed was for the Gantt chart, which was very useful.

Wrike has been a game-changer in terms of ease-of-use functionality and agility!

4,0 3 miesiące temu

Komentarze: Overall, the experience has been very pleasing for our small marketing team. Wrike continuously listens to customer feedback and releases updates the make the tool better with each new version.

Zalety:

The ease-of use, agile nature of the tool makes this project 10 times better than the rigid project management tool we were using before. The software is not overly complex or complicated to navigate/learn, which has made the transition from our old tool to Wrike an absolute breeze!

Wady:

The local/downloadable application responsiveness can be rather sluggish at times and slow. For this reason, some time can be lost waiting for the server to catch up with the local application.

Good PM Tool But I Wish There Was More

4,0 3 miesiące temu

Komentarze: Good. I've used the tool with two businesses now and find it easy to navigate and customize for our team. But I live in Wrike - those who don't have a hard time finding projects or setting up tasks. I take that on as much as I can to 1) help them out/save time and 2) have consistent project/task flow across projects.

Zalety:

I like the different views: Gantt, table, list, calendar, dashboard, etc. This is my favorite thing about Wrike because not everyone thinks the same way. And bi-locating. And custom fields - it's really elevated my reporting. And blueprints - TIME SAVER.

Wady:

Limitations around sorting - in marketing we NEED to sort by due date, not start date, because our work pivots constantly. Limitations on forms - I really wish I could make a form with logic. Limitations with automation - it's such a cool feature that you can automate pretty much everything but I haven't had great success when rolling out to the team.

Task Management Made Easy With Wrike

5,0 4 miesiące temu

Komentarze: Overall, Wrike is an excellent task management platform that makes it easy to assign tasks, track progress, and communicate with team members. The analytics and reporting features are great for project tracking and the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The only downside is the cost, which can be prohibitive for smaller teams.

Zalety:

Wrike has been an incredibly helpful tool for managing tasks and projects in our organization. It allows us to assign tasks to team members, track the progress, and easily communicate with each other. The intuitive design and user-friendly interface make it easy to use and navigate. The reporting and analytics are also incredibly useful for tracking project progress.

Wady:

While Wrike is a great task management platform, it can be a bit pricey for smaller teams. Additionally, the user interface can be a bit overwhelming at times with all of the features and options available.

Project Management in Higher Ed

5,0 3 miesiące temu

Komentarze: It started off with solving a simple problem: how to intake marketing requests that does not rely on keeping track of emails. Wrike fit the bill with the added bonus of online proofing with the very strict "approved" or "changes requested". Before, we would get emails saying "This is great!" and we would send to print thinking that was an approval when it wasn't. Being able to drop points on the artwork has also simplified our workflow as we don't have as many follow up questions for the requestor. That is just the start, there is so much more value Wrike has brought to our marketing team that I would need more time to go through them all. Over the last 5 years of using Wrike, it has always gotten better especially with special care for the requests provided and upvoted by its customers. We are very happy with Wrike.

Zalety:

The request form system. As a district of three community colleges, the district administrative center is the hub that provides customer service to the colleges. With request forms, we are able to get them to the appropriate person.

Wady:

Calendars needs a refresh. It would be nice if we could add tasks directly to it in the smart calendar option (I know it still exists in classic but that is too much manual work).

Wrike for small businesses

5,0 2 lata temu

Zalety:

It's flexible and there are multiple ways to look at projects/task depending on how users like to see things. For example as a list, Gantt chart, table or Boards which is really handy as we have designers and programmers who work very differently. The decision to go with Wrike was also skewed by the ability to have external collaborators join the team. The ability to add custom fields makes it easy to add information required. Different views enable tasks to be seen by project, person, folder etc. Being able to track time on each task is also really useful and easy for everyone. New features are being rolled out frequently and Wrike is fast catching up on the areas I thought were lacking initially.

Wady:

The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal. This was the first time we used a Project Management system to this extent, so this may be more of a user error issue. The "CRM" workaround I don't think is worth the trouble. The pricing model is the one that I think lets Wrike down the most. I understand the reason for a minimum of 5 seats, but every increment after this is in 5 seats as well. For a small business, this is a real issue in my view. This is also the case for additional features, many of which are only used by Admin, but are invoiced for each seat.

Wrike is Great for Project-Based Work

4,0 11 miesięcy temu

Komentarze: Wrike's flowchart displays all activities and includes a comment and recommendation section for each task, making it an excellent communication tool. Wrike makes my job easier, and I love using it since I can customize the interface to my liking. It may be accessed from any web browser, on desktop computers running macOS or Windows, and on mobile devices running Android or iOS.

Zalety:

Wrike has been an indispensable tool for us for a wide range of purposes over the course of several years. As an example of Wrike's usefulness, we were able to move our Change Request process from paper-based Excel spreadsheets to automated, digitally-driven Wrike task lists, complete with reporting. A centralized location was created so everyone could see what updates were open and past due.

Wady:

Some sorts of views might be awkward to alter in some situations. Dates and times may be a pain to establish and modify. Not quick enough for everyday usage across all projects and takes time to manage the to-do list.

Highly Recommend

5,0 4 lata temu

Komentarze: We have been able to get organized and store a ton of information in one place. This has also given us great insight as to what everyone’s workloads are like. Even if not everything is in the program, you can still get a good idea of what they’re up to or have time to work on. It’s a great way to group your tasks and you can create custom dashboards to make it so you see important tasks and what needs to get done at a glance. Despite some of the quirks, I recommend it.

Zalety:

For the most part, I really like this product. It has allowed us to easily organize, group and assign projects to our team and really helped us get more organized. I like that it has a nice, simple look with lists. It is easy to create a task and assign it to yourself or someone else, set dates, change priorities, add attachments, links, format text in your task description, and group them into folders. I also like that you can put the same tasks in different locations so, if it applies to 2 different categories, then it can live in both places. It is also great that you can set it up so that certain tasks set their dates according to other task dates.

Wady:

There are some features that would really make this a great product and whenever I have contacted support, they basically try to upsell us to a different level plan that still doesn’t solve the problem we’re having. One thing that’s funny is that it will gladly notify you when someone has assigned a task to you... but if you assign a task to someone and they mark it complete... it won’t tell you. It’ll wait until all the sub tasks are complete and then tell you after a certain period of time that you can mark the task complete. This has literally NEVER been useful to me. It also has a funky set up when it comes to grouping related tasks underneath another tasks so you have to play around with a set up that works for you. Lastly, they have a desktop app that they always prompt you to use when you click links to Wrike in other locations like your email. The app was just another thing I had to have open that did not help with my programs and it doesn’t seem to allow you to not receive that notification each time you click a Wrike link.

Review for Wrike

4,0 4 miesiące temu

Zalety:

Wrike is a project management and collaboration tool that helps teams organize, plan, and track their work. It offers a range of features including task management, team collaboration, time tracking, resource planning, and reporting. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for teams to quickly get up and running. One of the standout features of Wrike is its customization options. Teams can easily configure the platform to meet their specific needs and workflows. Additionally, Wrike integrates with a wide range of other tools, including Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and Trello, making it a flexible and scalable solution for businesses of all sizes.Another great feature is the real-time updates and collaboration capabilities, which allow team members to work together on tasks in real-time, reducing the need for excessive emails and meetings. This leads to improved team communication and increased productivity.Overall, Wrike is a comprehensive project management tool that offers a range of features and customization options to help teams stay organized and on track. Whether you're a small startup or a large enterprise, Wrike is a solid choice for managing your projects and workflows.

Wady:

One potential downside of Wrike is that it can be overwhelming for new users, especially those with little experience in project management software. The platform offers a lot of features and customization options, which can be both a blessing and a curse. It takes some time to get familiar with all the features and understand how to effectively use the platform.Additionally, some users have reported that Wrike can be slow or laggy at times, especially when dealing with large amounts of data. This can be frustrating and can affect overall productivity.Another issue that some users have reported is that Wrike's mobile app could be improved, as it may not be as user-friendly or feature-rich as the desktop version.Despite these minor drawbacks, Wrike is still a highly-regarded project management tool that is widely used and respected by businesses of all sizes. If you're willing to invest the time to get familiar with its features and have the right resources to support its use, Wrike can be a valuable asset to your team.

Functionally adequate but UI needs improvement

4,0 4 lata temu

Komentarze: The functionality is there for the most part and I really want to love Wrike, but the user interface is simply not as polished as some other major competitors (Monday, Asana, etc.). This hurts the user experience quite a bit.

Zalety:

• The ability to view my projects and tasks in several views (list, table, kanban board, Gantt, etc.) • The easy report builder • The ability to have projects and tasks show up in multiple locations is fantastic. This means that projects and tasks aren't confined to only "live" in the location they were created. They can be displayed in multiple locations at once allowing different contributors and stakeholders to have access to the same items simultaneously without having to duplicate them. This was a big reason why I went with Wrike. Few other competitors have this architecture. • The ability to add stakeholders without having it count towards your purchased user licenses. Wrike is a pricy platform so this definitely brings the cost down a litte. •

Wady:

• UI needs a lot of improvement: - I should, at a glance, be able to immediately tell the difference between a folder, a project, and a task in every view that is available. Currently, they just blend together and it is very difficult to see any separation between these three items (in for example the Table view). This is THE biggest point of annoyance for me with Wrike. Other competitors in this price class have very clear visual interfaces with visually distinct screen elements. Adding an icon or other visual indicator to each item type would solve this very easily. • The fact that the folder pane doesn't show in the List view by default when clicking a folder makes it difficult to provide folder information to a team. They simply won't know that a folder contains information unless they deliberately check. This is a big miss. • The folder/project/task panel should be easier to open and close. The fact that I have to go into a submenu to close the panel is ridiculous. This seems like a small detail but UX/UI design issues like this can really drag down the user experience. • Also, I should be able to do bulk changes from the Table view and not just the List view. These views are different enough to where this is an issue. • Review and approval add-on feature is an almost necessary feature for creatives but way too expensive as an add-on. Wrike is already a pricy platform. These add-on costs feel very greedy.

Komentarze: Overall is simply one of the best team management and projects software out there in the market, even when you compare it to its peers and its competitors it holds its own, it simply does the job it needs to do and sometimes it does more in value considering the price. I'm futuristically it is a software to look out for because if it keeps improving the way it has done in the last two years I think he's going to just be an A+ software soon rather than later

Zalety:

For what is what Wrike has improved the way our team works, in fact, to put it simply he can simply change our level of efficiency. As a member of a team under a small business, we usually used to outsource team projects two other companies that will oversee how our team is working on projects and that used to accrued extra cost to a business that already struggling to compete and make it in the marketplace. But on discovering Wrike we were able to do things better, do things within the confines of the company overview and also save cost why being more efficient in all projects. It has helped reduce miscommunication, misinterpretation and common mistakes between team members have brought about more transparency and a better understanding amongst team members. Another thing I personally like is the fact that it is web-based and I can log in to assess what the team is doing, I can also send out weekly notification reports which come in handy whenever you're managing any projects, also the fact that I'm able to create custom folders and even subfolders, task, and subtasks, add users and include due dates is perfect for anyone who's trying to manage a project. I think it is a one-stop-shop for anything project management, and that's how much it has revolutionized the way we do business.

Wady:

One of the challenges I face with Wrike is the fact that it is not really easy to set up. In our today's business environment where we are more in need of software and products that could assist us in being more effective such products being user-friendly both at setting up and during operation must be given more consideration. I also feel that there should be an offline version so that users don't need to always connect to the internet to be able to use it effectively. Another thing is that it takes a little bit of time to get used to, so businesses that are planning to use Wrike it must give room for an adequate learning curve. And in all these little challenges are few things that can you get around with time.
