Some features are a little clumsy, such as viewing the source of reservations, from external providers. Apps differ on each device and all seem very "buggy". Promised functionality does not work. > > CoverManager claim to be the market leader... which from research they may be on numbers of clients - but they seem to have lost site of their customers along the way\! They promised the world and unfortunately, in my experience, undelivered. The product is full of bugs - it feels like everything is in beta and being tested on paying customers. The promised link to Facebook for example - not working and no indication of date when it will. Every time I requested something "normal" to help run my restuarant account, I was told that the functionality was only available in the next "pack" up... I was already paying 99 euros a month for what I was promised was everything I would need\! I quickly found that their customer service philosophy was to just treat me as a cash cow... so I cancelled my contract within the first 14 days. I was charged in full for 45 days. I went to a competitor - Restoo - and the experience couldn't be more different\! Great product, transparent pricing and amazing customer support. I do not recommend it. There are better options in the market. It used to be the best app out there, but that was years ago. Way overrated and overpriced. > > It is extremely expensive for what they offer.
