I moved across from Smart Job Board, and my user experience is far less complicated. The back end is quick and easy to use—very simple. There are some features that SJB doesn't have, and the cost is less, which is always a win. Since joining the support staff, I have been fantastic. The wait time for my daft questions is minimal; I always answer with detail, and nothing is too much trouble. They do go above and beyond. > > **Wady**: I haven't found anything I don't like about JBoard yet, but I am still new to the platform. There are a few features that I wish I had, but the planned new drag-and-drop release will alleviate that and give me more custom opportunities. > > I think being new to this space and despite planning for months before launch, I didn't research the tech in its space and went for the industry OG. All credit to SJB; they are great, but in my opinion, JBoard is better, and I wish I had started here. ----- ### "Intuitive, Powerful, and Packed with User-Friendly Updates\!" — 5.0/5 > **James** | *6 listopada 2024* | Marketing i reklama | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Zalety**: JBoard has truly mastered the art of blending complexity with simplicity. For a platform with sophisticated functionalities, it’s surprisingly user-friendly and straightforward. The recent drag-and-drop update for site customization has been a game-changer, making it not just easy but genuinely enjoyable to tailor our site’s look and feel. It’s clear that JBoard prioritizes user experience as much as functionality. > > **Wady**: Honestly, it’s hard to pinpoint any real downsides. The extensive features could feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the learning curve is minimal, and the platform’s intuitive design makes up for it quickly. > > From day one, JBoard has been nothing short of impressive. For a complex tool, it offers a remarkably smooth, straightforward user journey. Every feature feels like it was crafted with real user needs in mind, and the drag-and-drop update only further amplifies the ease and enjoyment of using the platform. ----- ### "Easy to use Job board for the non-dev user\!" — 4.0/5 > **Amir** | *28 listopada 2023* | Księgowość | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Zalety**: Easy to use, quick implementation, functionality is simple. That's what got me hooked to the product after trying it. > > **Wady**: Lack of customization on the design/structure. With a lot of no-code/low-code tools that allow modular design and customization, i'd love to see JBoard move more towards a world where the design and UX is > > Solid product and would love to continue using it - I think there's a big opportunity to create more customizable features to compete with the other products in the market\! Overall strong product\! ----- ### "JBoard - Just do it \!" — 5.0/5 > **KEIRAN** | *10 października 2024* | Oprogramowanie komputerowe | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Zalety**: JBoard is a pleasure to both deal with and fun and exciting to actually build out my dream Job Board using their software. I researched the market over and over, probably too much and then decided on giving JBoard.io a go and I am super happy with my decision. > > **Wady**: Maybe to one day have Google or Linkedin signup integration for new candidates and companies so its even easier for them to be on-boarded. But I'm happy with what they have in place already. Just a nice to have in the future perhaps. > > 10/10 I reckon I reached out to their support on at least 6 or 7 occassions and this was before I became a paying customer of their software. On every single occasion they came back timely and with really in depth responses, thanks \[sensitive content hidden\], love your work Sir. Plus they never pressured me into signing up, they let me come to that decision organically which really stood out to me. I spoke with \[sensitive content hidden\] about a year ago, months of questions and they always treated me with respect. That's just on the support side, the actual tech and platform matches the quality of their kind, informative support. ----- ### "Very happy and satisfied with the level of care and service." — 5.0/5 > **Jack** | *21 listopada 2024* | Szkolnictwo wyższe | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Zalety**: They are super helpful and on hand to help with anything > > **Wady**: Currently we are in the infancy of our journey with Jboard so I couldn't comment. > > Very professional and helpful.
