> **Zalety**: Our team carefully chose a telephony provider. Particular attention was paid to quality of service, speed of technical support, integration with other systems and automation of our business processes. All these requirements are met by UniTalk.

> **Wady**: There is no German and Turkish language in user's personal account. The developers promised to add them soon. There are a lot of settings in the member's area and it is difficult to deal with them independently. I had to contact technical support.

> Thanks to UniTalk services we solved many problems for our business. Instead of a large number of phone numbers we started to use multichannel phone numbers from UniTalk. Automatic distribution of incoming phone calls helped to increase managers' work efficiency. Thanks to the integration, a lead is automatically created for each phone call in the CRM - it's very convenient. After implementing the virtual PBX we have reduced costs and increased efficiency.
