I've used multiple online booking systems and haven't been able to get on with any of them until now > > **Wady**: I haven't found anything not to like at the moment. Very easy to use. Straight forward to set up. Straight forward for customers to use. > > Really good. I won't be going anywhere else. So easy to use. It's great that it takes deposits also. ----- ### "Excellent salon management software" — 5.0/5 > **Suphotjana** | *16 marca 2026* | Zdrowie, wellness i fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Zalety**: Ease of use, logical and intuitive layout, customers find the online booking app very easy to use. Reduced DNA's by 66% by using the text reminder system though the AI receptionist. > > **Wady**: No functionality to add two therapists to one appointment. This is a very important feature for us to have, as we have clients with a disability that require two therapists in attendance. No functionality to merge clients records, this would really be helpful, as it is so easy to create duplicates by mistake. > > Overall Goldie is a very good and stable salon management software. It definitely requires some additional functionality to address the issues that I have highlighted, but overall it really is an asset to our business. ----- ### "Bad customer service" — 1.0/5 > **Joe** | *5 lutego 2025* | Usługi konsumenckie | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Zalety**: Seems like a good system and i like the fact you can take deposits etc > > **Wady**: Cannot get in touch with the help team at all have been having issues with payment and trying to get in touch with them for days. > > Not a great experience. I am going to have to use a different system as i feel if it takes this long to get in touch with a help team i wouldnt like my money going through them ----- ### "this app is amazing" — 5.0/5 > **millie** | *16 czerwca 2026* | Odzież i moda | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Zalety**: i like everything, its easy to use, the scheduling and the payment processing and blocking off time for myself is great > > **Wady**: all the features i like are only in pro plus which is a downside and its a bit to expensive for me so ive done the free trial > > its been easy to set up and get it rolling, my clients find it easy to use which is something i was lookingfor ----- ### "Fantastic and highly recommended" — 4.0/5 > **Jenny** | *5 marca 2026* | Kosmetyki | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Zalety**: Goldie is the first ever system I have used to run my business and it’s made my life so much easier. Clients can now book there own appointments so no back and forth messages. It helps me with marketing and reminder messages to which is important for me. The interface for both me and the client is so easy. The fact it allows me to use klarna is a big thumbs up for my clients as it spends the costs for the client but I receive all the money. Now they have added the new schedule next appointment button at the checkout that’s so much easier to. > > **Wady**: I don’t like the amount of time it takes for pay outs at the start. It is a long time to get a pay out especially when you need to order hair. > > All in all I think they are great. My work life is easier now as it helps me loads in multiple different areas of the business. Showing me the statics of my salon too. ----- Page: 1 / 48\ Dalej: [Next page](https://www.capterra.pl/software/1036086/goldie?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.pl/software/1036086/goldie) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | tr | | ----- ## Structured Data
