I like to most support and care for the customer of Zooza. Zooza has lot of great features and developers are constantly working on making it the best for us as customers. Weekly or monthly is Zooza releasing updates so this constant work is gonna make it the top product!
Wady:
It is not much intuitive so you really have to learn all the features to make a use of it. Also I would like to see more fresh and up to date design of the application. It would be cool to have Zooza as phone app.
Zooza is a great help
Komentarze: As we have many students - individuals, groups and also kid courses - it is many lessons that need to be checked / created everyday. Zooza helps us to automate scheduling process and to improve number of our lessons. We also decrease number of emails sent from our students as they use their easy-to-use profile and they see everything needed there. I suggest ZOOZA to every business which needs to decrease number of emails, phone calls, have payments paid in advance and have less adinistrative work.
Zalety:
I like, that Zooza is easy to use. It also offers many useful functions which automate our processes easily. The clients profile is simply and they like it, what is very important for us.
Wady:
We have few missing funcions, but as we are in touch with ZOOZA team daily, I am sure that we will find a solution how to create/solve them soon.

Zooza is a platform that helps to tidy up your administration, saves time and relieves you from unnecessary and often lengthy communication
Wady:
As the platform operates online, there are occasional outages of some functionalities. However, customer service department is always working hard to fix these bugs and keeps informed of the next steps.

Definitely the communication, attandance a replacement management. I also found very useful for success of the project to copy clients between periods.
Wady:
Sometimes I can't fond some functionalities but customer support always guides me. If something is wrong with a functionality, they bring it back after a while.

Komentarze: The biggest benefit is that we do not need to communicate with the clients about their lessons and substitutions.
Zalety:
The prodct is easy to use. The integration was easy as well thanks to the great customer service.
Wady:
Creating invoices is a bit difficult for us and could be improved. The another issue is the calendar because when we need to print or just see the overview ( all the teacher ´s lessons ) it is visible very badly.

The only thing was when at the beginning I had to get used to new system, but this I have with any online application, I do not enjoy the learning process. Once I get used to it, I am happy.

Komentarze: It is our first reservation system and we are happy to have it, envolved in our working life. Still getting used to in in our team, as we are growing as a company and our portfolio too.
Zalety:
We are using the most registration (clietns, collecting contacts) and reservations. It gets us good review, to watch the plan, easy orientation in calendar and offer.
Wady:
Less user friendly. It was tought for our clients to sign in, orientate, go right way to register/book their dates. too many open options has become a problem - when it is up to user to choose a way, too much extra work to help them, navigate them and do it instead of them at the end.

The development of this application is really dynamic - it was shown during the COVID-19 period, when we basically had to go online in a few days. Until now, we don't know how it was possible to get so many new functionalities for online in Zooza basically in a days...
Zalety:
We appreciate the way of managing courses and payments the most, which makes our daily work easier and saves a lot of time, especially in the area of registrations and payments.
Wady:
The new way of communicating via emails in Zooza didn't quite suit us at first, but after communicating with support, we found a way to use it effectively for our needs.
