An excellent CMMS program at an affordable cost
Komentarze: We are a mid-size hospital system laundry. This program was a perfect fit for us that keeps getting better. From sales to implementation to training, their team took great care of us. Any questions or issues were addressed in minutes, not days or weeks.
Zalety:
This program was easy to learn and implement. It gave us everything we needed at an extremely competitive cost.
Wady:
The included reports are not very customizable. That being said, the basic reports give a very clear picture.

It lacks purchase order tracking and the reports are minimal. However, the company is open to adding and upgrading as needed. I look forward to the purchase order tracking due out in 2025

Komentarze: [sensitive content hidden] was the first person to reach out to me about their product and literally sold me the first conversation. He was so patient and answered all of my questions. Next was [sensitive content hidden], he was also patient with me through the process. I was not able to sign up for several months after getting the quote due to budget issues at the hospital and still being under contract with a different CMMS company. They patiently waited until I was able sign up. He worked with me on several calls to get all of our information transferred from the old system to Click Maint. He legit did all of the work and set it up perfectly. I just had to sign in and start using it. Lastly was [sensitive content hidden] she is awesome as well. She walked me through everything step by step and showed me everything I asked her to during my training with her. She also spent her time on a seperate call to train my maintenance technician on Click Maint. I have had to reach back out to her and [sensitive content hidden] a couple of times with questions and both respond so quickly. I don't have to wait a long time to get the answer I am needing and that means a lot. They are so supportive and literally are right there ready to help you if you need it. The ENTIRE team has been so kind and friendly with every interaction I have had with them. Now on the software side of things, let me tell you it is the most simple and easy work order system to use. We just launched it at the hospital I work at and it was the most smooth transition from one system to the next I have ever been a part of. NOt only is it easy to use, they help you set it up just like you need it. There could not be any better CMMS System than Click Maint.

There are so many things I have liked so far about Click Maint and here are a few; I like how easy it is to use, I like how they set it up it is very user friendly. We just launched it at the hospital and the employees have not had one complaint about submitting work orders through Click Maint. I was here the last time they launched the new work order system and the entire staff complained about how hard it was to use. So trust me I would hear the complaints because they don't hold back. They have not had anything bad to say. It honestly has shocked me!
Wady:
I have sat here and tried to think of something I don't like or that I could change or just something that didn't make me happy with the system and I could not think of one thing.

Komentarze: My experience with Click Maint CMMS has been great. The onboarding team has always been a call or click away, ready to answer any of my questions. I have also made use of the many helpful FAQ answers and video guides. I am impressed by all the customizable and functional features. We've only been on board for a few months and am looking forward to the benefits of this program for years to come.
Zalety:
Click Maint CMMS has been a game changer for our Church & School. I have found it to be user friendly and particularly helpful in streamlining and organizing our maintenance operations. It's also very affordable, which is important to us as a non-profit organization on a zero-based budgeting plan.
Wady:
The Click Maint Mobile App works well, and gets the job done when you're "out in the field" working but it does not have as much detail and functionality as using the program from a computer or laptop.

Just getting started
Komentarze: Currently uploading all of our assets into the system but am looking forward to full use of the software once more applicable and ready to use on our end.
Zalety:
The help portal is awesome, haven't had an issue that click maint staff were unable to assist me with.
Wady:
Unable to attach multiple assets to a task such as boiler inspections if you have multiple boilers. "If additional work is needed, please create additional task and add the asset that requires the work." When a contractor does the large inspections for us, they don't break down the paperwork to attach to each asset, it comes as one inspection/invoice.

Fantastic CMMS !
Komentarze: From day one it has been great. The support is fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] does a great job explaining things when I need help. He is my go to person when I need him. Over the years I have worked with several CMMS platforms, AEGIS, Service Now just to mention a few, and Click Maint is by far the easiest with great support. I highly recommend it !

It is very easy to navigate and it has all the features I need to accomplish our goals.

I really like the simple and user-friendly format, across all platforms (PC, iPad, android). The links, blogs and videos are all very helpful. The support team has been VERY responsive and helpful.
Wady:
No big cons for me. A few bugs that I've found and brought to the dev teams' attention. But that's to be expected with a young company.

Zalety:
With Click Maint being a newer software on the block, the relationship between our teams if very personal and we get quick responses to any questions we need. As they are still building their software they listen to any suggestions we may have.

Being a newer company there is going to be bugs. None of the bugs have been major, but sometimes can be frustrating.

Komentarze: I still have a lot to learn to make it more informative on reviews, but I am pleased with the ease of creating and clearing write ups.
Zalety:
I liked the most simplicity of creating and clearing work orders. There are still things in the work order that I need to learn, and experiment with so more information to the job and how it was completed can be added.
Wady:
When I first got into the load up of assets and locations, it was a bit overwhelming. Once I understood that it was not manditory to fill in every blank. But I understand that others that may need to use this application may need those other options for their job sight.

Great reporting keeps us in the know
Zalety:
We were looking for a CMMS that had strong reporting so that we could keep on top of ongoing maintenance issues and have found that in Click Maint. As a strata hotel, we need to keep close track of all building maintenance and click maint has allowed us to do this easily and efficiently. A huge bonus was the asset tracking which we use to inform our FF&E planning and budgeting. Overall this system has saved us money and time by allowing accurate reporting and tracking. Highly recommend.
Wady:
Being a smaller property, we did have to make some adjustments to the program to fit our property, but it was an easy process and the Click Maint team helped along the way.

Komentarze: Over all experience has been pleasant. Working with a smaller CMMS company has allowed us to have some influence as a client when it comes to the resolving issues and developing other parts of the program such as specific KPI reports.
Zalety:
Support service from the staff is great.
Wady:
It is a new program and there are still some glitches we are finding. That said when reported to Click Maint, they go about finding fixes and update us on the status of the issue.

Komentarze: I completed seven free trials or demos for other software, and Click Maint was by far the easiest for the team and me to use.

Simple and Intuitive. Click Maint has excellent customer support and is very open to feedback on how to improve its software.
Wady:
None at this time. I do wish we could communicate with requesters directly through the software about their tickets without them having to create an account.

Great support and easy to setup
Komentarze: Click Maint has been great to work with. From our first contact, demo and trial, their team was very responsive. Once we purchased, their support team got us set up and trained and using the software within a week.
Zalety:
Click Maint is very easy to work with. We really needed something simple to track requests and work orders and the odd preventive maintenance. We were using spreadsheets before and this was eating up way too much time. Click Maint was perfect for us. The cost is very affordable and they have been great to work with. The mobile app was an added bonus. Not something that we thought we would need. But now we use it all the time.

I can't think of anything. We are a small operation and Click Maint has been great so far and does everything we need it to.

Their prices are competitive and reasonable compared to many of the other platforms throughout the industry. As a company we tested at least 5 different competitors within the market.

Very user friendly, simple learning curve upon both desktop and mobile versions.
Wady:
Unable to specifically scan a QR code to extract the information/data, even though most platforms are at the same stage.

Managing work orders is easy with Click Maint

It was very fast to set up and get started - within 2 weeks. The support team is great and it took almost no training to get going. All round, it is a very user-friendly software, which was key for employees to adopt.
