I have used this for 8+ years and it is so easy to create a customer facing site for customers to book appointments, it syncs up with my calendar, and my rates have hardly gone up since I signed up as they are loyal to their customers and grandfather them in (my pricing was held at what I signed up for even though the price of my plan went up).  The customer support is rarely used but when I have needed them they are quick to reply.
