Especially for csv the data comes out in one column and in the order in which it was added to Miro, which is illogical. Miro operates its layers like Powerpoint, which is equally difficult to use. I find myself sending foreground items to the back multiple times to get to the item I want. Miro is only two dimensional. In my mind maps I want to be able to provide more information about an item in the map but the only way to do that is to create another label or postit note. I would love to be able to provide depth to an item where someone could hover and read a description of that item. Also, from an administrators perspective Miro only makes content created by my organisation visible to me in the enterprise tier, which is expensive. I cannot see what my staff are doing in Miro, therefore handing over from one employee to another is very difficult. > > Miro has been a solid tool overall.
