Enrollment options are quite flexible and allow managing multiple devices efficiently. The kiosk mode and policy management are useful for controlling company devices. Overall it helps centralize device management and saves time compared to manual configuration. > > **Wady**: The initial setup can take some time and some configuration steps are not very intuitive. The interface could be more modern and some options are spread across different menus. Occasionally there are small delays when pushing policies or refreshing device status. > > Overall the experience has been positive so far. The system provides the essential tools needed for managing mobile devices, including device enrollment, policy management, and remote control options. After the initial setup it becomes easier to work with and helps maintain control over managed devices. There is still room for improvement in terms of usability and interface clarity, but the functionality is solid and useful for organizations that need centralized mobile device management. ----- ### "Explorting" — 5.0/5 > **Rehar** | *21 września 2026* | Zdrowie, wellness i fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Zalety**: the full feature for free until we grow to 25 devices allows for us to try our fit with this mdm. Thats how you get leads > > **Wady**: Nothing yet. Still exploring everything and things have been working pretty great up until now. Will see as we scale. > > It was good. Support from their team is also available if you can make time for that. unfortunately I was too busy and could not find a working time. ----- ### "IT technician" — 5.0/5 > **Andre** | *31 sierpnia 2026* | Bezpieczeństwo publiczne | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Zalety**: What stands out most is how comprehensive the platform is for the price. Device enrollment (especially bulk enrollment) is straightforward, and the ability to manage a mix of Android, iOS, and Windows devices from a single console saves a lot of time. App management and remote troubleshooting features are also excellent - being able to remote control a device to fix an issue on the spot has cut down our support tickets significantly. The reporting and compliance policies are flexible enough to match our internal security requirements without a ton of custom scripting. > > **Wady**: The interface can feel a bit dated and cluttered in places, especially compared to some newer competitors - it takes new admins a little time to find their way around all the menus. Initial setup for more advanced configurations (like custom compliance profiles or integrating with certain third-party tools) could use clearer documentation. Occasionally, syncing status updates from devices lags a bit, though it usually resolves itself within a short time. > > Overall, I've been really pleased with ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus. It delivers strong value, covers all the core MDM functionality we need, and the support team has been responsive whenever we've run into issues. The minor UI and documentation quirks are easy to overlook given how reliable and capable the core product is. I'd recommend it to any organization looking for a robust, budget-friendly MDM solution. ----- ### "Never use this platform\!" — 1.0/5 > **Gabriele** | *23 sierpnia 2026* | Bezpieczeństwo komputerów i sieci | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Zalety**: The free trial\! There's absolutely nothing I like of this platform\! Thanks God it has a free trial. I don't want to think what I'd have done if I had paid a single penny\! > > **Wady**: EVERYTHING\! There has been nothing that I liked about it\! Since the first click to the abandon of it (happaned just 2 days later). > > I'm sorry that I had to give even one star. Wish I could give ZERO\! The worst platform EVER\! Convoluted menus, literally impossible navigation, and an inability to modify even basic details such as a user’s email address. A paranoid and idiotic login process that is more excessive than anything found in banking apps, along with pointless, incomprehensible and often confusing procedures. It is also impossible to remove an entire fleet of devices at once, even when, for example, a company sells its existing stock as part of a complete equipment renewal. In 45 years of working in IT, I have never encountered a worse platform\! Not even Microsoft, in more than 40 years of history, has ever managed to create a monster like this\! NOT RECOMMENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES\! ----- ### "Great MDM solution" — 5.0/5 > **Wayne** | *10 września 2026* | Szkolnictwo wyższe | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Zalety**: The steps to enrolling devices are quite simple and straight forward. Building out device groups and profiles is also very intuitive, as well as assigning apps. I was able to figure out the flow in a few hours and their support was very responsive and helpful > > **Wady**: some of the UI buttons are a bit hidden, but once you become familiar its rather easy. I would say app restrictions would be the part I like the least. We have alot of devices that use different apps, but we do have baseline of default IOS apps that go away. For some reason, a few of those apps have to be manually removed after the profile has loaded and the other apps are removed. > > Great so far. We have been slowly migrating devices off the old MDM solution onto the new and the transition has been fairly simple with additional features that really make it nice ----- Page: 1 / 39\ Dalej: [Next page](https://www.capterra.pl/software/132201/manageengine-mobile-device-manager-plus?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.pl/software/132201/manageengine-mobile-device-manager-plus) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | da | | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fi | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | ko | | | nb | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | | tr | | ----- ## Structured Data
