Setting up timelines, dependencies, and task assignments was straightforward, even for complex projects. The visual layout makes it easy to understand project progress at a glance, and collaboration features help keep everyone aligned without extra effort. > > **Wady**: Nothing, it's working well for me. It's taken me some time to find all the functionality I need and figure out how to use it but as of now it's all there > > My overall experience has been very positive. GanttPRO made it much easier to organize and visualize overlapping projects, and the simplicity of the interface helped reduce the learning curve for my team. It strikes a great balance between functionality and usability, making it an excellent choice for small to mid-sized teams managing multiple projects. ----- ### "GanttPRO - Easy to Use for a Just Price" — 5.0/5 > **Yavor** | *19 września 2025* | Zarządzanie edukacją | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Zalety**: GanttPRO gives us all the necessary tools to plan our school activites on many levels. With the educational/nonprofit discount we were given it represents an outstanding value for money. It is very important for us to be able to coordinate events, milestones and deliverables across projects/schools. The Portfolio view provides a nice way to visually align. Reflecting task status is easy and visual. That helps to keep status information up to date and to anticipate problems before the become serious. Since we have people working on many projects simultaneously, the Workload view helps us to avoid overloading and expectations that can not be met. Overall we like GanttPRO for its ease of use and just the right functionalities that are important for us. > > **Wady**: The lack of checklists associated with each task. We would also need to define sequences of tasks (processes) as templats with checklists for each task. May be integration of the checklists with tasks in Google. > > A great experience. The tool is easy to learn and use. It does the job and helps our organization work better. ----- ### "GanttPRO a management tool for development." — 3.0/5 > **Chokri** | *16 lutego 2022* | Ropa naftowa i energetyka | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Zalety**: the most impressive features I think that real-time interaction and easy workflow notices and comments with attached documents were the most impactful features of GanttPRO software. GanttPRO solution was very useful even for the training team and was closely interfaced and implemented with our ERP information system and for all our business processes. > > **Wady**: I hope that a template model task can be copied for the main tasks of one project at one click and I don't need to copy the template task for every new task because in our case, all main tasks should follow the same process so they have the same subtasks. > > GanttPRO ensures efficient synchronization and good coordination between all the project teams and then we have developed a very good level of communication and we gain time and money. ----- ### "5/5 Stars: The Perfect Blueprint for Complex Property Projects" — 5.0/5 > **Zweryfikowany recenzent** | *8 lipca 2026* | Nieruchomości | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Zalety**: The intuitive interface and the seamless drag-and-drop functionality are outstanding. When coordinating the construction phase of a 6-unit apartment hotel, schedules constantly shift. GanttPRO makes it incredibly easy to adjust timelines, instantly recalculating all dependent tasks. The visual clarity of the Gantt charts is perfect for keeping everything organized and visually digestible. > > **Wady**: The mobile application is functional for quick checks during on-site visits, but it could benefit from a bit more depth for heavy editing on the go. However, for deep, focused planning sessions, the desktop version is completely flawless. > > It has completely transformed how I handle project management. Moving from standard spreadsheets to GanttPRO provided a massive upgrade in efficiency. It allows me to bridge the gap between high-level architectural planning and the gritty details of daily construction tasks, ensuring the entire project stays strictly on track without unnecessary stress. ----- ### "GANTTPRO is the best option" — 5.0/5 > **Cesar** | *5 października 2025* | Technologia i usługi informacyjne | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Zalety**: What I value most about GanttPRO is how practical it is. It offers the project management features you really need, without overwhelming you. The ease of customizing and configuring tasks made the planning process very smooth. In addition, the option to export the Gantt chart as an image was extremely useful, as I was able to configure all the fields I needed. The options for team collaboration are very useful, and the price is in line with the value the platform provides. > > **Wady**: At first, the number of options can be confusing, but once you become familiar with the option menus, everything becomes easier. > > It's a good alternative for managing projects, with excellent options. It gives me a lot of confidence and makes the changes I need to make much easier. ----- Page: 1 / 24\ Dalej: [Next page](https://www.capterra.pl/software/142293/ganttpro?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.pl/software/142293/ganttpro) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | ko | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Structured Data
