There is an emergency number for emergencies only which is rarely answered. > > Not a bad system, very complex and takes a lot of time to set it up which they expect you to do yourselves. They also expect you to become your own experts so they can save money on customer service. Funnily enough, despite its complexity there a some simple things that can't be done.
