Komentarze: My overall experience with Monday.com was a surprising one! It hooked right up with four other programs we use every day . Creating different groups for specific teams within the company was super easy. Video calls with webcams were built right in and sharing files with others within the conference calls did not create any issues at all.

Zalety:

Monday.com is a very friendly project management software. It made juggling tons of projects at once super easy. We used it alongside our trusty Google sheets to keep track of everything, and it even worked with Word so we could share and edit documents all in one place . Monday.com had a color-coding system that helped us see which projects were super important and which ones could wait a bit.

Wady:

The software is great; itt can be a bit too much for a beginner. It seamlessly opened up the door to other software applications creating curiosity. We had to have programmers on staff to integrate the software at times. There's no real AI assistant to give you an idea of how the different software would work or how they would affect your projects

Great to use for project management

Komentarze: Overall, it's great to use on our side and the client side. The client can review the tasks at hand and even update on their end, while we keep an eye on any missing items.

Zalety:

We like using Monday for Project Management for ongoing projects. When we have projects in the pipeline that uses multiple tasks and applications, Monday.com is the best in the business to manage it.

Wady:

The interface isn't as clear as some other project management tools. We used to use a CARD system similar to trello but moved on to Monday for the task system.

Can be so powerful, if you know how to set it up and use it.

Komentarze: Its a really powerful platform that offers lots of features but you need to be clear on how you want to use it and focus on the important aspects without being distracted by all its different bells and whistles.

Digging deeper into the product it can be so powerful with integrations and automations within the software that you can build out some incredible workflows and functionality that spans so many areas of the business.

Wady:

Its quite complex to use properly. We use it for project management mainly but without getting external help I dont think we would be able to get it setup properly.

Komentarze: Excellent for someone looking to manage their companies tasks, get updates, set up automations and organise your resources. It limits how you can make your boards look, but if you don't mind the simplistic and clean design of Mondays. It's a tool that gets everything right.

It's a visually pleasing software with plenty of resources to build project management boards instantly, alongside excellent customer service who are always quick to answer.

Wady:

The restrictions into the customisation of the boards and pages, restricting users to only using the Monday colour scheme and lacking any variants into how much you can change what your board looks like.

Its very intuitive and easy to learn so onboardung new employees is a breeze. It takes less time conducting and managing sprints.

Wady:

It doesn't have the same intricacies as jira which sometimes makes it less suitable to use for teams who do heavy multilayer simultaneous dev sprints.

Unless you are on higher paid plans, some key features can't be used, that being said, the features that are available on our plan do offer us a lot of value, but it would be nice to maybe have a few more key ones.

Komentarze: It just works, you just set it up and gather your team to start working in the next project. Very intuitive and loaded with new features, works wonders as a CRM and non-tech savvy users learn pretty fast. It is available in multiple languages and there's a large friendly community behind it, very recommended.

Zalety:

Flexible yet robust platform for integrations, project management and automations. Easily accessible from any browser and there are apps for "on-the-go" last minute changes.

Wady:

Some of their integrations work flawlessly but others lack basic features. Twilio is amazing but the Salesforce one is missing basic things like boolean operators to perform bulk actions. Some people may complain about the pricing but it all makes sense once you see how quickly it tackles down all obstacles and helps you to get things done.

Marketing and work tasks

Komentarze: Overall very positive, I use it daily to manage my tasks and monitor campaign performance. I have used it for a few years now and in the begining I would face a few bugs that would prevent me from using as much. But within the last 6 months, I've noticed a huge improvement and really enjoy using the platform.
I don't experience bug issues and even if I do, when raised with the support team, they are fixed very quickly.

Zalety:

I like the dashboard feature where you can bring data from different boards and compare campaign performance. Having a visual representation of the data is very helpful in understanding and implementing positive changes. Also, the AI chat bot is insanely accurate in getting you to the right resources or even solving your issue there and then.

Wady:

Although there are so many automations available, I can sometimes spend a long time finding the correct one I want to use and it can me a sort of trial and error. Maybe I just need to spend more time learning how they work etc.
