There are plenty of features, but it does not feel cluttered, which matters when onboarding staff and teachers with varying levels of technical confidence. We are an online language school working with students and teachers in several countries, and we have been using Teach'n Go for a few years now. A few recurring tasks still require more manual handling than is ideal (like personal online lesson links assigned to a teacher do not transfer with that teacher when reassignments or substitutions occur or a new class is created with the teacher), leading to additional admin work. We have raised this with the team and hope it can be revisited in due course. The recent UI update brought a number of useful new features, though some smaller details like formatting, layout positioning, column widths took a step back along the way.
