The project distribution (claiming) system is heavily exploited by users running bots that instantly snatch up all available tasks within a single second of publication. Smartling completely fails in this regard by ignoring blatant security flaws and allowing automated bots to hijack the entire workflow. By refusing to enforce their own compliance and security policies, they are compromising the integrity of the platform for both freelancers and enterprise clients.
