Nothing yet, and I am condifent that even if I did find something that needed some enhancements, the ClayHR team will definitely appreciate the feedback. 1% incremental improvement exceeds perfection.

A Great HR Tool

ClayHR is that its customization options can be somewhat limited, which might not fully meet the needs of organizations with very specific or complex requirements.

Has a friendly user interface, have many different options, however you will not lose your self trying to navigate in application. Also the interface is very specific in the porpouse

I love all the features, it eliminates the need for multiple programs and memberships. It has Payroll features and schedules, HR documents like sign offs and all orientations and trainings, goals setting and annual reviews. It also contains vacation/sick time bookings. Even has an app

Lots of info as program is very detailed but this is what we want!

"The Chosen One" for HR personnel

Komentarze: We use ClayHR extensively for our leave management, performance reviews, kudos and hiring. The entire application is super easy to navigate. We use the Slack integration very extensively and the PTO approvers approve/reject the leave requests from Slack directly. Hiring automation is pretty smooth as the positions show up in Indeed, and we get a ton of candidates for free from Indeed. (Other systems were trying to charge us money for this very feature.)

Zalety:

Ease of use. Integrations with Slack, Indeed and Jira. Mobile apps are very comprehensive

Wady:

Since the system is quite configurable, you have to sometimes play with the settings to get exactly the right behavior. The ClayHR Ask HR feature is helpful in those cases, and the chat support is also useful.

There was a time i could not log in because of the location, it was really annoying as it said I'm not in the geofence. I'm not sure if it was company settings or.

It makes my daily tasks (time tracking, leave management, learning management, etc.) less time-consuming.

The User Interface could use a little tweak: sometimes, it feels like there's too much information for a specific feature (e.g.: Leave Management, Goals/Objectives).

It should have a mobile version. If the mobile version of ClayHR lacks features or is not as user-friendly as the desktop version, it could be a disadvantage, especially in today's mobile-oriented work environment.

ClayHR offers various helpful functions & tools necessary for our business portal, such as the workflows and performance evaluations. They also have a quick response turnaround time so we are able to receive help in a timely matter!

Wady:

I would say the one con I have is having to manually update PTOs for each tier and tenure, but this is not a deal breaker.

Zalety:

Overall, Clay HR does solve most of the problems faced by Companies like Time sheet management, Leave management, Employee life cycle management etc. While most of the other competitors do have similar features, what differentiates Clay HR from others is, it's very easy to use and agile product, hence if implemented properly, this can change fortunes for HR, Finance and Operations function as the amount of data it gives, it really solves much of the manual works across organisation.

Wady:

None as such. I would recommend that the Company which is going to use Clay HR should deploy a right project manager, so that the implementation doesn't go wrong.

Comment on ClayHR : RH Annual evaluation

Komentarze: I used this website to fill my profile with personnal information, it did not save my time to do it with this website if we compare to a regular mail to the HR. But i am convinced it saves lot's of time for her. I also used ClayHR for my annual performance evalution with my HR twice, and the ratio (%) was clearly visible for each subject and well divided. This can help people to organize quickly for their real meeting with HR.

Zalety:

This online software is used by my HR to prepare our annual evaluation. This evaluation is very time consuming for the HR and to have this software with the previous evaluation saved help me to compare quickly my evolution during the year. It allows us to generate personnal evaluation, and it also can be edited quickly if they are a mistake on the questionnaires.

Wady:

It's a small detail, but it took me some time to find the link to access to the questionnaire. The website is ergonomic and I did not had any other issue, but this little difficulty to fing the link take me some time. And it's quite unusual for me who are used to navigate on internet.

Zalety:

I mostly use Clay HR for performance evaluation and it's overall great at it. The tool is very easy to use and intuitive allowing me to optimize my time while working on collaborators review. This tool is also quite agile and can be easily extended to help companies manage a lot of HR tasks efficiently if implemented properly.

Wady:

The UI can still be perfected so it can be even more intuitive to use (exemple: allow the user to click on the assignement status icon to go to the performance evaluation page).
