My favorite productivity tool, I use it everyday!

Komentarze: Overall I have been very reliant to ClickUp to make sure I get things done everyday.

Zalety:

What I love about ClickUp is the Workload view, the Homepage, and the Dashboards. These three features help me plan ahead, take on the tasks on the day to day basis, and manage and track ongoing projects using the Dashboards (+ Widgets/cards)

Wady:

ClickUp is relatively slower than the other project management tools. Unless you have a fast PC, using ClickUp might be an awful experience for you - I really hope they optimize this application and make it more seamless.

Complex but detailled project management tool and so much more

Komentarze: The user experience is great and they are improving the software over and over. And also the support is helping you out when stuck.

Zalety:

You really get organized with ClickUp and you can setup complex projects with this tool. What is insanely fortunate is to have templates for a lot of things. So if you have repeating structures you can easily import them. Automations is a really great and versatile feature so you can automate a lot of things data or event driven.

Wady:

Two things only are not getting better: You can't use swimming lanes within projects which would be very helpful and sometimes the SMTP connection to your provider gets lost without you noticing it. So automations depending on sending mails just do not work anymore, e.g. feedbacks to forms submitted by customers for their information about the submitted information.

It kinda works, but thats all. Support is really bad.

Wady:

After the renewal (which was not announced of course) they took almost 600USD from our paypal account. Our clickup account changed to free mode after paying the expensive renewal. Support is not willing to help. F*CK*NG paypal of course also did not helped.Incompetent rip off company.

While there are some areas for improvement, the software's extensive customization options and collaboration features make it a popular choice for many teams and organizations.

I could not run my business without ClickUp

Komentarze: I would not be able to organize, plan, and execute anything in my business without ClickUp. The functionality within this tool has become a sandbox for me to build internal tools for my organization that are unmatched.

ClickUp is a great multi-purpose software that not only helps me manage my work (projects, tasks, events, appointments, sales, development...), but allows me to consolidate all of these things into one place.

Wady:

There has been a lot of promotion of new features and upgrades for almost a year with little result. This can make it feel like false advertising.
