SkySlope's platform has hardcoded workflow stages that cannot be edited or deleted — including a Buyer Agreement that appears on every transaction regardless of deal type. Their support confirmed this cannot be fixed after a 40-minute chat that was then closed as resolved. When I tested their Forms tool, the Earnest Money field truncated the required Colorado legal term "Good Funds" to "Good Fun" on a state contract. The platform crashed multiple times mid-session with a server error. The strikethrough tool can only be used on one line at a time. Onboarding materials contained broken links. SkySlope refuses to terminate my contract despite these documented failures. This platform appears built for residential brokers in California.
