A modern school/kindergarten and updated to the reality of the day makes such an application indispensable. Komentarze: Overall experience has been satisfactory. learning curve seems to be high perhaps due to the coverage of vast area. Nevertheless, the broad availability of options make it easier to manage day to day activities.

UI is very appealing and broad options are available. Cost per child is reasonable especially for startups and medium scale schools.

Very good kindergarten management tool

Komentarze: I am generally pleased by Kinderpedia and it is a tool I am actively recommending.
Most of the functions we use work brilliantly, except for the Activity Calendar, which would greatly benefit from an overhaul.
Invoicing, setting up companies for billing and other aspects, such as versatily in customer management are incredibly useful and much appreciated, as they are significantly reducing the workload for the administrators of the institution.

Zalety:

Functionalities, such as: - generating invoices - centralised management system for customers, employees, etc. - presence tracker - news board - picture sharing (although other tools are preferred by customers)

Wady:

- Schedule is really difficult to work with. Would appreciate a more friendly GUI, where one could move around activities with the cursor, set timing for them without much hassle, etc. - Mobile app rudimentary, needs access to more functions, especially for administrators.

Kinderpedia is the best app to use in the educational field

Komentarze: The platform is intuitive and although it took a time for everybody in the team to learn how to use it, we all realised it was worth working with it. It has everything included from attendance, invoices system integrated, payments check, class organisation, assignment for students and many other tools we don’t really need. Furthermore, you can easily send messages from teachers to students and internal team, so you no longer need Whatsapp.

Zalety:

We believe it’s the most efficient app in terms of organising any type of educational institution because it has all the useful tools you need.

Wady:

In terms of invoicing, we’d have preferred the system to have an integrated facility for automatic transmission of the tax invoice based on the payment notification.

Very useful application

Komentarze: We are using very often several reports, which is saving precious time. We are also planning activities within it and share them to parents and last but not least, we have a great connection with the team whose members are offering a very prompt and valuable feedback and support.

I like the fact that it creates a very efficient connection between the teaching staff and parents.

It's not the case. Every time an issue occurs, we address it to the Kinderpedia staff and it is immediately solved.

We were often dissapointed of the lack of solutions of the previous school E-management system, in fact it was a very self-improvised method that got us nowhere !I have often spoken my dissapointment on the use of eas of the previous systemOur schools in general lack several key factors taht kinderpedia coversKinderpedia covers everything and if it does not the IT guys over there simply implement it !We have met all our needs and even managed to get themost out of tricky sittuations using their services that we had no previous solutions for !

We simply had no dislikes, we had issues that had to be solved and we lacked the necessary info even to beingKinderpedia gave us the solutiom and the platform !

Teacher's life made easier

Komentarze: Overall, the experience is positive. I didn't explore in detail all the features, but, anyways, it solved some of the problems that I had.

Zalety:

I like that I have all the main information in a compact format.We save the forests by using the digital gradebook.I like that the communication between family and school can be made in a professional way, not on social media or personal phone numbers.

Wady:

Sometimes, I work late and I cannot add grades in the gradebook, because of the notifications on parent's devices.. 🙈I didn't find an option to start a live chat with a small group, without creating the group before..

Zalety:

Paper work is much less. I very much like the marking system: it is no longer on paper, parents can see the marks immediately. Also, absentees can be marked in one click.Communication with parents is done in a professional manner. Teacher's lesson preparation is much easier. I am typing the full lesson plan in the timetable section. During the lesson I find all the preparation in one place: steps of the lesson, links, attachments, PPT, pictures, whatever I need to present the learners during each lesson in the timetable.

Wady:

Live chat needs some improvements in structure. It takes quite some time to search and find a specific discussion/ link. Also, often 2-3 separate discussions overlap, and it creates a mixture of conversations.

The perfect Software for any Educational Institution

Komentarze: It helps a lot with keeping in touch with our clients, and we have a great overview of our organisation.

Zalety:

It is a very helpful Software and Kinderpedia App is very easy to use for Management, Teachers and Parents.

Wady:

It is such an amazing Software, that it's a shame it doesn't have its own integrated video-call program. It would be amazing if we could make the video conferences directly through the App, and not via Zoom or other provider (so we don't have to log in or make an account just to use this feature).

Very useful software for schools

The software is very modern, useful, great for mobile. It has lots of features, it looks very friendly and both parents and teachers love it.

There is really nothing that i don't like. It would be fantastic to add some HR features. And maybe other cost plans, specially for schools with a high number of students.

We first implemented Kinderpedia in the kindergarten. Parents were very satisfied that they could see all the information about their kids: breakfast, nap, snack also description of their daily activities and lots of pictures. Also we like that we can easily communicate with the parents.Then we implemented in the school. Here we have also a great feedback on behalf of the parents. Kinderpedia is a very useful tool.
