We record all conversations and are able to download them and to send to our clients who can proceed with leads.&#13;&#10;Lead and call statuses, callback, notes, lead source features help to work with leads more effectively.&#13;&#10;We definitely recommend this to business looking for a system to manage leads and to make online calls.
