while the API is robust, the documentation could be more comprehensive. There were instances where we had to reach out to customer support for clarification, which, while responsive, took additional time.

What I like least about Bouncer is they chose the wrong mascot for their brand. Winston from Overwatch is clearly their inspiration, but I think they should have gone with Tracer.

Simple, fast, and reliable email verification.

What I like the most is how Bouncer checks emails in bulk or real-time and gets it done fast with really accurate results.

What I liked least about Bouncer is that it doesn’t really explain why some emails fail. It could give more details.

Good for B2B lists, not good for B2C type lists

Komentarze: It's one of the better cheaper tools for validating business emails, however it's not the greatest for free emails. I wouldn't recommend Bouncer for B2C businesses trying to validate personal emails in bulk.

Zalety:

It's cheap, and they have frequent sales. It works fairly well for paid emails if you have more of a B2B list.

Wady:

The UI is quite bad, and the dashboard looks like a free plugin. The speed when uploading lists larger than 500 is also noticeably slower than most competitors. When checking free emails and disposable, they also are not as accurate.

Komentarze: Bouncer is a critical part of our business. Dealing with their support and using the product is top notch. They go above and beyond to explain the results of a specific list. I had them even going into manually checking domains in a list I uploaded and giving me a full report back... WAY above what you'd expect.

Zalety:

I love that bouncer gives real bounce stats and they prove to be accurate. It's easy to use and they keep us in the inbox.

Wady:

Not really a con but I'd love to see two things:Google Sheets integrationUpload history that goes forever (I know GDPR prevents keeping the actual data but showing the file name that was uploaded would help greatly)

The best part is that it's quite affordable, especially since I regularly purchase their services. It's actually cheaper than other verifiers I've used, yet it doesn't compromise on the quality of my work.

Wady:

I haven't come across any features of UseBouncer that I dislike, but if I were to nitpick, it would be the login process. It opens a new tab before allowing access to the website, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, this is a minor issue considering the overall functionality and benefits of using UseBouncer as a verifier.

Bouncer helps protect our DNS safer when sending out mass emails!

I like the easy to download reports on the various levels of risk on our email list. We use safe to send and also do another quick review. We have very low bounce rate because of Bouncer.

Wady:

Sometimes Bouncer will deem an email "safe to send" but it will still bounce when cold email people using woodpecker.co

Easy & cost effective email validation

Komentarze: Great experience with both the product, and customer service (with the CTO stepping in to help).

Zalety:

Easy to use via API to integrate in various workflows (Python scripts).Good results, ie decrease of bounces vs. other tools used before.

Wady:

Batch requests are more accurate, though implementation of this method via API using Python is a bit tricky (for me). Would love a Python library for it, or ready to use code for batch processing.

Komentarze: We haven't used all the features of Bouncer, but overall a very good experience - the results from Bouncer matched the campaign results when emails were actually sent so it's an accurate and reliable output. We found it very flexible and the support team very helpful.

Zalety:

Bouncer for us was a great way to gauge how clean our data lists were and to work out what was safe to send and what would likely be damaging to send for bulk email marketing campaigns based upon clear risk segmentation levels. Pay as You Go was also a useful option despite being more expensive than monthly payments as it gave more flexibility.

Wady:

Not a major issue as the support team were able to fix it, but a validation on a bulk list did get stuck and it was impossible to get it stopped without the support team's intervention.

Komentarze: It was overall a great experience as it enabled us to get more responses during our outreach campaigns by letting us know the quality of each email we contacted. Furthermore, it made our work safer by ensuring our emails weren't dangerous and could potentially harm our business!

Zalety:

Quite frankly, it would let us know which emails it is most beneficial to contact and which wouldn't even be worth contacting. This made our work a lot more proficient and allowed for more useful conversations with clients.

Wady:

It took a while to get the hang of how to use your services, but after a while of experimentation (and watching a few YouTube tutorials), we understood how to use it.

Totally Worth the $.

Komentarze: When we re-opened after covid, so many of our customers had closed up shop or changed jobs that our original email provider removed access thinking we were spamming strangers. Now that we have bouncer, I can send out email campaigns without hesitation after a sweep, knowing we're only sending to high quality leads/contacts.

Zalety:

Bouncer is super easy to use, fairly cost effective, and saves us a massive amount of time and headaches with our B2B customer emails.

Wady:

I wish the bounces worked a bit better. We still get pretty high bounce rates when sending to the "safe to send" segments from our lists.
