But be aware, you will lose all data\! They just delete it and never come back to it. You will not be able to recover it. > > **Wady**: Data Security, the worst. There are no backups of anything.... they upgraded to a new server, and I lost all my CRM data, only the names were still there with contact details, but none of all historical events, mails, notes, anything. I talked to support, they said, we removed all data of before because we got in trouble with the size of the database. Then they change the story, suddenly they say it was changing the server. Anyways, result is, you can never recover your data and lose all without any notice. Engagebay is a feature rich mailing tool, but that it is. Support really does not care, they are completely loose from the backend team and backend does not respond to anything at all. You can talk for hours to support, they promise to come back to things, but they dont. Updates to the system are almost none, I have been using it for years now. Only paid services are added. Please stay away if your data is important, I have really never met this level of backup and data security amateurs.
