The account managers and support staff where great at helping get over hurdles and organize our assets. The features screens are not cluttered which makes it easy to navigate. Being able to add everyone in our company at no extra cost, as a requestor only, has been a big help. Using the automation features (AI) has dramatically decreased the time it takes to write a new procedure.
