We get all that we need in one place, have not experienced any downtime or difficulty in using it day in, day out. > > **Wady**: I did find the payment system a little cumbersome, but the Instagantt team was always very flexible and helpful. > > Our team of 5 manages all of our projects and tasks on Instagantt. It's been consistently great and really is THE right tool for us. ----- ### "Flexible and Easy to Use" — 4.0/5 > **Zweryfikowany recenzent** | *6 maja 2026* | Maszyny | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Zalety**: The software is extremely flexible and easy to use while being cost-effective. It has many easy-to-use features to track schedules, progress, assignees, milestones, etc. Our business uses it primarily for schedule tracking and workload forecasting, which we rely on for our day-to-day operations. > > **Wady**: There are no permission levels available. Having the ability to restrict users to read-only or a mix of read vs. write access would be a huge upgrade. ----- ### "Instagantt Review by Request" — 3.0/5 > **Charles** | *13 stycznia 2025* | Media | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Zalety**: User interface, links to Asana, ability to export image or PDF. > > **Wady**: The ability to make dates of one task (or more) flexible so sliding task dates of linked tasks keeps the final end date of the project. > > Still learning how best to leverage Instagantt ----- ### "InstaGantt Review" — 4.0/5 > **Gabriele** | *4 lipca 2026* | Oprogramowanie komputerowe | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Zalety**: Good Export possibilities (With PDF and the Snapshots). Also everything else except things in the cons :) > > **Wady**: - Overwhelming UI with to many different Navigations/to many levels (Sidebar, Many Nav: Name (with things that look like nav) =\> Views =\> Options for current Gantt) and moreover, every navigation has a different styling. - I dont like the implementation of Milestones. I would like to mark a section as milestone, or at least connect a mileston to a section, so its clear everything in this section is part and needed for the milestone. Moreover a higlighting of milestones in the minimap would be useful for navigation. Or, a fixed line on top where e.g. milestones are shown always. - I loose orientation when zooming in, but I cant zoom outwards enough. I ended up using the browsers implementation of zoom (luckily i have good aim :) - Moreover, there is no option without paying, but paid prices are to high for cashual/private persons. We are Students who'd like to use it, but cant afford. > > Good. One time the strg z option menu had a bug where it didnt disappear after making changes, and then it didnt work for some elements, but for others wich caused some troubles, but after reloading the page it did disappear. had to repair some parts of the gantt tho ----- ### "Nice tool for organizing team schedule" — 4.0/5 > **Masaya** | *15 maja 2026* | Półprzewodniki | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Zalety**: Easy to edit. especially the re-schedule on the Gantt chart. Easy to share the schedule with my team and relevant department. > > **Wady**: No collaboration with MS tools. No function for process automation. e.g. REST API. Am I missing something? > > Instagantt is very helpful tool for organizing team schedule. It is also easy to share goals and what needs to be done by when.
