Zalety:
In ASAS Aluminium –Turkey IT Department, we are using this tool as a team to be notified when our SAP system has problems like integrations, performance , security. It’s checking our SAP systems regularly 24/7 , already caught some important incidents a couple of times .. warned us with critical alerts. For example once our backup system didn’t work and we didn’t notice that, at another time our SAP system was offline in midnight because of an internet problem.
Wady:
I didn't see any cons yet .. it needs to have an online access to Novaline's server, but I think that's only way to make such a tool work.
