Working with the ticket system is extremely frustrating: every follow-up question seems to take me right back to the starting point, without any real progress being made. The current situation with the Polish tax office is particularly stressful. Due to a goods transfer to Poland, I am now facing significant trouble because Hellotax is apparently unable to submit my documents correctly or clearly explain where the problem lies. Since my Polish language skills are limited, I rely on clear and reliable support – but that is precisely what I am not receiving. Despite the high costs, practically nothing works. From my point of view, I am left with no choice but to give one star. The entire process has been a complete disaster.
