It's online signature is game changer > > **Wady**: It's a bit difficult to add extensions to bookings. It's like you have to redo the entire booking. Also it doesn't allow you to swap vehicles during a rental if you need to service a client's vehicle for a few days. You have to redo an entire new reservation. > > Would give it a 8 out of 10\!\!\! Val (my rep) is amazing and patient with understanding your needs. The integration with QuickBooks and integration with GPS makes for an amazing CRM. ----- ### "An excellent, stable, convenient and intuitive system. Not without its drawbacks." — 5.0/5 > **Sergey** | *10 lutego 2026* | Transport/ciężarówki/rolnictwo | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Zalety**: A stable system; I can't remember any failures in five years. Everything works as intended, although sometimes you need to understand the logic. The display of the vehicle position is excellent. The system is evolving; sometimes it seems as if they hear your personal wishes and requests. Overall, it performs its tasks perfectly. Easy to train new employees. Customer support is great. > > **Wady**: The API system does not allow simple requests from bots when working with group bookings. The design focuses more on aesthetics than on compactness and clarity of the booking sheet display. This is not critical when working from a computer with a large monitor, but it is problematic when using a phone. There is no mobile app, the web layout is adaptive, but when actually entering data, you have to tap on very small numbers/options. It is not convenient to work from a mobile phone. I would like to see an AI assistant working in text mode via messengers, but no one has promised this. Competitors are slowly coming out with something similar. No splitting of orders into multiple invoices for partial fiscalisation. No integrations with real CRMs for combining customer dialogues. > > From the very start of my rental business, I chose Rentsist as my booking accounting system. Since then, a lot has changed both in my company and in the system. The fleet has grown from 6 units to 30. After switching to the new contract/offer builder system, things got way better. Overall, the support team has been awesome during this time. They're always available, solve problems, and take requests even from a small company like mine. Every year during the off-season, I review the offers that have appeared on the market and the new products, but overall, I cannot find a better combination of price, quality, and ease of replacement. Overall, this is not so much a classic CRM system as a booking management and fleet management system. However, it lacks the functionality required for either of these purposes. It is a simplified system that is easy to use, but not suitable for complex transactions or customer management. ----- ### "A Practical and Efficient Solution for Car Rental Businesses" — 5.0/5 > **Henry** | *2 sierpnia 2026* | Motoryzacja | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Zalety**: RentSyst has been an excellent investment for our car rental business. The system offers great value for money, with a clean and intuitive interface that is easy for both new and experienced staff to learn. The booking management, fleet tracking, and reporting features have helped us streamline our daily operations significantly. Since implementing RentSyst, our team’s productivity has increased noticeably. Many manual tasks have been automated, reducing administrative work, minimizing errors, and allowing our staff to focus more on customer service. Overall, RentSyst has improved our operational efficiency and is a reliable solution for managing a growing car rental business. > > **Wady**: Overall, I am very satisfied with RentSyst. The only area I believe could be improved is the accounting module. While the existing financial features cover the basics, it would be even better if the system included more comprehensive accounting capabilities. > > Overall, my experience with RentSyst has been very positive. The system is easy to use, reliable, and has helped our team manage daily operations more efficiently. It has saved us time, improved productivity, and made it easier to keep track of bookings and vehicles. Although I would like to see more advanced accounting features in the future, I would still recommend RentSyst to other car rental businesses looking for a good and affordable management system. ----- ### "Great rental software" — 5.0/5 > **Michael** | *1 kwietnia 2026* | Motoryzacja | Recommendation rating: 3.0/10 > > **Zalety**: Great customer support and excellent functionality. Very easy to implement with many options to integrate other systems like payment providers. > > **Wady**: So far no issues occurred that could not be solved after contacting support. They always provide fast solutions for every problem. ----- Page: 1 / 4\ Dalej: [Next page](https://www.capterra.pl/software/192757/rentsyst?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.pl/software/192757/rentsyst) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Structured Data
