Working with [sensitive content hidden] has been a treat. Previously I was not responsible for KYC/KYB clients that I am working with, so this is all new to me. [sensitive content hidden] has taken the time needed to make sure I understand the process, the different settings within the User Interface, and where I can find help if needed.

There's a few bugs that cause some loading screens in the portal. However, this is normal for such an extensive product.
