Furthermore, the file-sharing protocols provide a secure environment for handling sensitive data without sacrificing the ease of use required for rapid team adoption. Also it handles offline synchronization or API integrations. > > **Wady**: Areas for improvement: What I liked least was the initial configuration complexity. While the system is highly capable, the Ease of Use takes a hit during the setup phase; it requires a significant time investment to properly map out the Document Management hierarchy. Additionally, the Tracking notifications can be quite noisy out of the box, requiring manual fine-tuning to prevent 'alert fatigue' among the team.
