Earlier there were too many situations where someone edited an older file by mistake or feedback got buried somewhere in email threads and then everybody started asking which version was the latest one again. With XaitPorter the whole review and editing process felt more controlled without becoming completely chaotic. Different people could work on separate sections together which saved a lot of unnecessary waiting during review cycles. I also liked that comments, approvals and ownership were easier to track instead of manually chasing updates from different teams. > > **Wady**: The platform definitely takes some getting used to at first. It is not difficult exactly but the workflow structure and permissions can feel a bit overwhelming initially especially for people who are used to simpler editors like Google Docs or Word. Before using it a lot of reviews, edits and approvals were happening through separate documents, chats and email attachments which became pretty messy during larger projects. Now most of the collaboration stays in one place so it is easier to keep track of revisions comments and pending approvals without constantly wondering who changed what. I mainly use it from contributor and review side and for that it worked pretty well most of the time.
